cant make PSI ball right

I wanted to share something really cool. Tried making psi-ball last night for the first time. First couple of times were bunk but after some concentration and quiet I was in my bed, it was dark and I tried it again. Son of a gun, I felt it! I opened my eyes to concentrate even harder and I could SEE it!. It looked like a bubble, all swirly and stuff on the outside. I sent it off and I watched it deform a bit as it whisped away. It got about 3 feet from me and I couldn't see it anymore. Since I was young I've been able to see auras and have had limited psychic abilities, haven't been able to figure out how to work on any of them but now that I've found this site, I'm sure I will.

It took a really hard time for me too at first.
But what I found worked easiest for me to get the hang on it was to focus on the feeling, not how it looks in your imaginative eye.

Close your eyes and relax your body. Cup your hands together like you're holding a soft ball between them. Imagine (without opening your eyes) a small glowing ball of energy in your hands. morph it with your hands to keep the energy going.

Breathe your energy into the ball, let it rise from your chest and from all in the room.

When you start feeling a tingling feeling in your hands, you know you're doing it right.

I tried this several times and all i feel is heat generating in my palms that have yet to subside. My friend is even here next to me thinking I'm crazy. I even tried closing my eyes and focusing. Im a bit confused on the hand positions. When being told a posture similiar to praying I think of putting my hands together in a praying position. Im assuming thats correct but if it's not, by all means please correct me. Anything I'm doing wrong? Im not in a quite environment but It's enough to focus.

I managed to make it,but I can't throw it,or keep it,it disappears soonly. I have that feeling,like..magnetic,when I try to make it. It feels like strong magnetic energy between and a lil around my hands,I try putting it into my other hand,or throwing it,or putting it somewhere,but than it disappears...

The same things happens with me,i feel a magnetic pulse in between my hands.
To throw the psi ball,you have to visualize the psi ball flying from your hand and hitting the object,pratice this method long enough and you will get the hang of it.
