I never said to turn people off. I said you should ignore them. Hippy people "attack" me all the time with their nonsense but I don't yell about it on the forum, I just ignore them.

I like the idea of individual freedom but some pagans provoke these things. It's like walking down the street in ww2 nazi Germany saying: oi look at me I'm Jewish.
If you see crazy Christians just hide your pentagram and go with the flow, take their material and say something like: Jesus rocks.
And they will leave you alone.

You are makig a big problem out of nothing.

One more thing.
How hypocritical is it to use lines from the Bible when talking against Christians?

i see you are all falling into the trap religon is outside influence often created by men whereas spirituality comes from within and is manifested by you whereas religons are politised as a means to gain power over others by mass concenus hence its many variants and faction who then try to supplant the others
gods of spirituality are indivdual and reside in the heart and soul the gods of religon are many and a liken to a black cat in a dark room that is not there pity those who believe they have found it

Would you tell a Xtian to hide their cross. This is not nazi germany. It is America. I have as much right to wear my pentacle as a Xtian does a cross. I will not pretend to believe something that I most definitely do not! I am neither the helpless child or the ignorant semi-adult I used to be and I will not, repeat, will NOT, hide what I am just to keep from upsetting close minded bigoted people I don't even know.
What you suggest is the most hypocritical thing I could do! I'm speaking for myself. I can understand why some of us have to hide. They have too much to lose. Somethings are more important than pride.
For those of us who are able to be openly of an alternate religion, I say this:
Not rocking the boat is why things are so slow to change. Hide your pentacle, don't say a word when someone denegrates your beliefs. Keep quiet. Let them call you freak, weirdo, abomination against God, unchallenged and things will most certainly change. For the worse.

I think that God is the sum of all parts of the universe. It's just that everyone views this whole from a different perspective.

I don't expect him to be perfect, we control our lives not him. He is not the result of thousands of deaths. He created us and we make our own decisions from now on, there is no 'Master Plan' but there is a choice.

If someone asked me "Do you go to Church". I will reply "Don't judge us all and don't keep being hostile. Lighten up."

I disagree that religion is the direct cause of any problems, most religious messages are just what people optimise in humanity, and despite the different cultures, the messages are remarkably similar. However, the team mentalities religion creates combined with it's strong effects on passionate worshipers, which many evil people are taking advantage of for their own benefits, definately is.
