Yes. I agree with thorny rose aswell. But we do have coven chats here. No one will see it except for us. Or can the mods see those too?

LOL ethanie some mods are in this coven but i dont think that they would gag us for discussion in our coven chat, after all this is between us and not the public

Another site might be useful in some ways, but I think we have all the stuff we need right here. Although, if we do grow large enough there would be many advantages to having our own site.

If it is set up right all of us could profit off of it, we could use it for better organization(freewebs has allot more options then SoM Covens do), we could decorate things a bit better to make it look nicer, and the chatter would be helpful since the chatter here causes some computers(such as mine) to lag.

The other site is not required and may not even be used if it's made, but there would be benefits to it.

I agree with Rag. Once we get up having most of the coven leaders join us, we should definitely have a site for us.

But as usual, Ehtanie is the cautious one.
Warning: We need to be careful. There are power-hungry leaders out there. We should have some way to keep them from gaining too much of it for their own uses. A site where we control things, someone is going to want to be the head administrator.

Perhaps the same idea that was mentioned in a post in this forum? Have the main account accessible to all Priests and Priestesses. All decisions will either be made as a council, we can elect certain people to do certain jobs, or everyone can have their own one page on the site to be in control of.

we do not need an administrator :P all controls are accessed through free webs, and if we share the free webs account there is no need to have an admin, just all be mods! but i think chatter should have some mods and under mods if you know what i mean?

Chatter might be a little more complicated to set up then, eh?

Just to let it be known now; I will mod the new website if requested to, but otherwise I have no desire for any more positions of power. I have my hands full with what I already have as well as what the real world will soon be throwing at me, I doubt I would have much time for much else online.

Why are you two moving so quickly. We've already decided an account where peopl may contact us is all we need for now. But I do understand geting things ready but you have no idea as to how big this site may need to turn out. I appreciate all you're offering to this new coven Dyriane, but we need to slow down. We haven't even gotten that much done with Magickal_Aid, much start talking about positions in the new site that is way down the road. Has anyone ever heard the saying "I'll cross the bridge when I get to it", it's usually said by very lazy people but right we're not being lazy enough. Rag, don't worry about things right now. The Ruling Class has yet to become threwout this site, so if you need a break my friend, just take one.

We need to be careful not to work any of our members to hard, we can't lead covens much less a site built to help another site if we have mental break downs. Let us for now, just stick to talking about what our covens here need. I'm grounding all of you from this forum thread until the time comes.
