ok lets focus on what materials to make the part that goes under the armor, what are some good fabrics that can circulate energy and is durable and wont rip easy?

People this is the 21st century so wake up. No one uses armors anymore. I would suggest a bulletproof west since guns are a common weapon today, just add some gems in the pockets and voila.

Bulletproof vest("Bullet Resistant vest")= Armor.
Motorcycle Helmet= Armor.
Armor= Protective gear used to protect yourself from harm/injury.
Knee-pads, elbow-pads, and biking gloves= Armor.
Other biking helmets= Armor.
Anti-Radiation suits=Armor.
Construction helmet= Armor.
Army helmet= Armor.
Steel-toe boot= Armor.
Considering that "No one uses armors anymore" there sure are allot of people out there using armor. :)

the biggest reason for this is "cause its cooler that way" plus my designs works better with it and mixing modern technology with magic and armor into armor is so very powerfull

If telekinesis can break a gun then it certainly can break a plate mail or something.
