yeah in ancient times people believed the evil eye(when cast upon someone) could kill them or curse them i dont believe him though there are documents in existence that allows someone to cast the evil eye upon themselves and use it as an ability i think if it were real it could only be a birth trait

Giving someone the Evil Eye is also a term used to say that someone is glaring at someone.

i know that in modern day times it is but in ancient times in egypt etc people honestly believed that the evil eye was a birth trait and if someone cast it on you, you were cursed and there was a possibility of dying

Ok. People also believed Witches would float while wrapped in chains and Lycans kept their fur hidden under their skin though. As a result many people accused of being a Witch would be tied in chains and thrown into a river and many people accused of being a Lycan were skinned alive.

Yeah. Due to religion allot of people know about the Witch Burnings, but due to the lack of religion involved in Lycan hunting people have forgotten about that. Besides Lycan hunting being skinned alive was also a torture used on traitors/spies in some countries.
