Binding Poppet
you will need:
a poppet filled with batting
black cord
salt water
Sprinkle the poppet with salt water and say:
"creature of magic,made by hand,I charge you into life.
You are no longer mere materials,but flesh and blood.
I name you (person to be bound).What you see,she/he will see;
what you hear,she/he will hear;what you feel,he/she will feel.
You are her/him in this world and all others."
breathe life into the poopet, and think of the person. Take the black cord and wrap it slowly around the poppet.
after you have finished wrapping take the poppet outside toward the north and bury it under a heavy rock.

Binding Prayer
draw a pentacle above your person while saying the following:
"By the Sacred name of Sige,she who is above all and every other name, and with the power of the goddess Triformis reflected in me, I exorcise all Ignis Fatuus and i place upon them the sacred sigil of the pentacle, that they may be bound forever, as with ropes and chains. I cast this evil into the outer world, bound forever, that it may never again touch this daughter(or son) of the goddess( or god). SO MOTE IT BE!"
I dont know how the attacks worked for you all but mine seemed to get worse when i was angry, so i thought i would put this spell up here just to help if this was the case with anyone else... or if you are so angry you might do something you'd regret.....
Getting rid of Anger
things you need:
large black or gray pebble
salt water
sprinkle the rock with the salt water to cleanse any previous influences
sit with it in your hands and think of what is bothering you
see it filling up and absorbing all this negative energy.
after it has absorbed everything you can either:
take it to a river or lake and throw it as far as you can or
bury it and as you dig the hole ask mother earth to take away your problems and you anger and then throw the rock into the hole and ask you fill the hole back up thank them both.
