Just stare at SUN.The star of life.

The human body along with chakras(and pineaple glade and eyes)was building to be able to purely and sole feed on eternal source of life energy:Sun.

The practice is very simple and easy.
However dont expect to go god-like with this without any hard work,nothing good is truly for free.

One of basic and very helpful steps is to stop eating meat,take yours time with it.

Why?Well plants take pure sun energy and "taint" it a little with nature however animals even taint it further.

Now for practice:Have clear and open mind and stare at sun.For start for few second but each time expand the limit.Look the sun with yours sun as much as you can.Let it rays of life enter in yours eyes and feed you.Visualize,feel peace and life.Let go with true flow of life eminating from sun and yours eyes absorbing it.
And thats it.Be aware of what you do.

Time for practice:each day,best time to look in sun is first and last hour of light.

It Takes about a year to be able to fully do it ;)

Have you seen it on the TV show "Na rubu znanosti"?

Yes it helped me write this.

I learned this before however it was more based on absorbing each color of light spectar.

This form i heard was far more simple.

I can vouch for this too from my side, the soul and physical can feed off the sun and really really do well, once you reach a state where everything is just energy, from what you see, feel, breath and touch life takes on a whole new shape, use it, don't use it, but i give it my khaotic stamp of approval for a good way to get body and soul balanced with each other.

aaahhhh, its so good to see old practices... Nex, did you know this used to be a ritual practiced by satanic sects thousands of year4s ago, even egyptians used it. the concept was, that our sun specifically (none of the other stars count) was symbolic of the one people now call satan. (of course in those times, he was respected a lot more, and approached with honour and trust) staring into the sun would allow holy men to loose themselves into the eternal and immense power of this god's light and fire as well as his darkness (if you stare at the sun and get that circle in your vision (it is actaully the cones and rods inside your eye which are damaged and take a while to get better) but if you close your eyes, it is a white circle, look through the circle and push energy out, focus through your eyes through the circle, and you have a circle of pure darkness and light at the same time it is distinctive from the rest of the darkness made from closed eyes. then begin to pull in this "darklight" through the suns image into yourself. it balances out your energies and creates new energies to play with. :) just thought id leave my 2 cents.
