cop claimed to see witch

There was a cop who claimed to have seen a witch flying on a broom in mexico. Not long after, a citizen came forth also saying that. He has footage of something flying in the air and his dog going extremely crazy. Anyone here read about it? Is it real or possible?

It obviously is a hoax. Flying on a broom isn't possible.
