Please Every concil member needs to set one clock to International Zulu Time...Zulu time is the place where time and day begans and ends.. to see the time go to..

The times of the meetings will be 1900-2000 hrs and 1500-1600 hrs and the days well be tusedays and thursdays.Thankyou for your time and Patience.

By the way There is no place caled Zulu - its for "Z" in radio language. Other name of that time, more used is UTC. There is a nice program - Atomic Clock Symc that is freely available on the net - it shows Your time and Current UTC time and synchronises the time of system with an atomic clock form world time servers.
