soul switching

please don't make fun of this question, but can beings' souls switch bodies? My two cats have been fighting incessantly, with my younger cat, Aspen, acting dominant and my older cat, Miro, growling, hissing, and hiding under the bed. This is how it's been for four months now, with no changes. Just a few minutes ago, Miro was hissing at Aspen, ears pinned back etc. then, two minutes ago, their roles were suddenly reversed. Miro was acting cocky and confidant, and Aspen was hiding under the bed in fear. It was so unnatural, I can't find any other explanation. can anyone else?

cats have war games over leader like dogs so the feared cat stood up and won and the strong cat stood down in fear

I have 2 cats and they switch places like that alot.

now they're right back to how they were before. hmmm. I guess they're just crazy.
