When it says to "Plant the thought" Do they mean energetically, or do you physically say it?

I supose if you are slick enough to get it in as maybe a joke or somthing you could say it outloud, but I beleave it means suguest it mentaly

I think it's meant as telepathy. To "send" a thought or idea to someone else through telepathy.

It is not just in what you think and say but also in how you say it.
