Order of Sin

Hi,
I am still new by 8 years to this coven but they are great and very helpful. They have remained hidden for many years but now are accepting members. The Order Of Sin is a left hand path coven and study the dark arts so if you only want to practice white magic I do not recomend contacting them.

Anyway to contact you have to get in touch with Michael at:

You need to send an email to orderofsin@mail.com and address it to Michael. He is aware and expecting emails from possible canadets and will send you some questionaires to fill out before going to the council about accepting the new members.
I am a warlock in the ranks of The Order of Sin but just recently got my Agent promotion. I can not discuse any more information than that. Just contact Michael and he will answer any questions he is allowed to.

What possible benifits would a person reap by joining?

Why is everybody so "keen" to join a coven anyway?

(not to knock it but) Most stuff can be better done alone.

Same reason people are keen to join a forum, I suppose. Having a social dimension to your work, or any kind of feedback, helps a lot and can keep a person from thinking s/he's going crazy. More so if you're among far more experienced practitioners who can give you hands-on guidance in whatever you wish to specialize in (in this case, the dark arts.) Also, in a well-synchronized group the whole energy can be greater than the sum of all the individual's energies and certainly greater than an individual's energy.

Of course, there's the risk of either landing in a coven where nobody really knows what they are doing and just need the hierarchy to feel superior, or in a coven where they do know what they're doing but think that's the only way to do it, and as with all social situations you may have to be your "social self" for a while... but if you're lucky enough to find a good group then the benefits of a stable development surely outweigh the inconvenience.

It just seems to me that too often people *believe* they know what the're doing, and in truth, they are doing pointless rituals. I'm not saying rituals don't work, just that sometimes people get so into magic they try Anything and end up believeing in rituals that are fake.

And from all i've seen to date, covens seem to exist for people to rise to the top and be given a title (IE: High Priestess).

A group of friends who practice and work together sounds good to me, but not when titles are involved. Then it becomes too....flowery.
Know what I mean?

Covens have their pro's and con's. For one you can get into a bad coven that is full of fanatic hipacrites that are only in it for self glorification. While others are to to the craft.

Order Of Sin have been around for a long time. During this time they have exaustivly researched spells and rituals from all over. Their library on the occult, demonology, religion, magic, and nercomancy is vast and very old. Most manuscipts dating back to the 1600's with their docterin dating back before the A.D. period.

It is wise to consult members in a coven before attempting many rituals in the dark arts. YES!!! there are dangers if you do not know what you are doing. YES!!! there can be possesions, diseases, and fatalities if an inexperianced spellcaster thinks he knows it all.

But joining a coven is something one must descide for themselves. Good luck to you all.

Oh, as far as rank is concern, this is regulated on the knowledge on has on the craft. Through learning and completion of rituals, spellcrafting, and history. Rank is not just given out in The Order Of Sin to keep people happy. As far as the council, I can not discuss that with non-members. My suggestion is to contact -Order Of Sin- at orderofsin@excite.com with any questions.

you say u can't give info about The Order Of Sin but ur giving the hiding site to every one. and if they get there hands on the hiding spells then the order of sin will not have a point. so if i were u i will give the name and e-mail to some not all.
