i need information about meditation.....:)

Merry Meet Ben. I hope you find what you are searching for on this site.

There are lots and lots of good sites about meditatin on the net and also lots of books. Any particular questions I will try to answer or someone else with that expertise will.

The main thing with meditation is to clear your mind and thing of nothing. Try looking at a candle flame as this helps me.
