If you 'cannot do' meditation, you should find a type you can do. Mindfulness is a place to start. That will help teach you how nbot to follow random trains of thought, but to observe without becoming involved with them. It will also teach you about being present in stead of being caught up in worries about other circumstances.

From there, you can begin to explore different types and methods.

Meditation on my profile may help. Also, before bed, watch something funny on tv. Your story seems familiar to a horror episode of a tv show, just can't pinpoint which one. Or find funny cute videos on youtube. Laughter is great medicine, as it releases the good endorphines that make you feel good. BB

I find with dreams, its rare that one does not know what they truly mean or entail.

May I make a suggestion that has helped me and others? Start two journals. One just a regular journal where you write down daily life events, thoughts an so fourth. Another a dream journal where you write down all the dreams you think have meanings. Write down every one if you want. Its all up to you. This is your life, Your story, Your path.

Depending if you can get these two journals now, You may also use a piece of paper for now to figure out this dreams meaning. Then find or figure out a place you feel safe at and love to go to. For me its in the forest. Sometimes by a stream. Sometimes by rocks or old runes. Others its the mall, library, bedroom, coffee shop ext. If you are an over thinking as so like myself. Detour yourself from going to this place. Let this place swallow you. Instead of taking the short path to your safe place you have in mind. Take the long way. Let the environment take all the thoughts, energies, and worries of the world from you. If your not an over thinking you can go right to that special place. But I always suggest the longer path . Ease into it, take your time, and enjoy yourself.

Once you arrive at your safe place, take in the scenery. the environment. get out your paper and write down pros/cons of things going on in your life. Then when done, write down this dream you feel has meaning on the same piece of paper. You can do this in any order you feel comfortable. No worries. Then try an think of parallels between the two. This may take time. Some will come at ease an right away. While others may take a little while.

I hope you understand this an it makes sense. Good luck and many blessings, love and light !
