What did that person just say? Anyhow, a good, fairly simple start would be the lesser ritual of the pentagram. At least that's my opinion.

You are talking about the Triangle of Solomon. you must first meet your angels and learn to trust and honer them before you ever try and do this.

summon them uing a ritual. i normally dont use a ritual anymore because i have become close with a lot of spirits such as angels and demons. but for a new face i would find a ritual.

i do not lit use the cirle or the Triangle of Solomon i just being them forth if i need to talk to them it not as hard as everyone akes itm out to be

I believe angels work with us regardless if we work with them.

I took a pic a few months ago and in 1 you can see an orb being my angel...the 2nd pic was taken 10 seconds later and the orb is not there. That's how I found out that Michael has been with me for a very long time and has been helping me even when I didn't know he was here. I think your angel is always with you even if you don't know it.

Now I do meditate and I do talk to him all the time. I feel that when I meditate I get a better connection to talk to him.

When I'm inducing sleep, I can hear this voice in my head telling me to do things. Sometimes they are weird like when the voice told me to suffocate somebody. I was like what? I actually thought I was going crazy because I've had a lot of dark thoughts. Lol what is that?

If the voice tells you to suffocate TheHealer.....IGNORE IT!!!! =P
