Psi, elemental, Darkness, Light, Entrophy, Death Essence, LifeForce/Reikki (sp), ect.

Mostly light. Though i am studying elemental magic.

Hear is a spell. Put your hand over a spot that hurts and say "Surging pain flow out of my skin and dissapre into air so fine so thin" it works for me all the time :)

The only Healing spells I know cant be used on yourself ,,by you..but can only be used on others.
