Oh yeah you can do a spell like that. It like they said messes with free will. You can also do a spell to bring new people into your life. A spell to bring someone back into your life is selfish though. In my expierience they have about a 50/50 chance to work. If it doesn't work than accept that it isn't going to happen. If you mean a dead person than not ever going to happen, that's pure fantasy. If it is a dead person summon their soul or as people call it their spirit. Then you can talk to them. You can do this through necromancy of you wish. Hope this helps.
