Witch bottles

One option is to deconstruct it. Open it, pour out the contents.

Depending on your tradition or beliefs, you could possibly do so at a crossroads, walking away without turning back; or into a flowing body of water, to wash away the 'energy' of the working.

I do not condone leaving non-biodegradable items in nature, so that rules out the bottle itself, and possibly some of its contents. That said, a trash can is an easy way to discard something to make it go away. As for the glass bottle itself, you could cleanse it so that you can reuse it for another purpose. Water and salt are a good way to start. Then pass it through smoke from incense. This gives you a four Element cleansing. Then visualize the item becoming clean and pure once again and push some energy into it to accomplish that end.
