i have no idea what to use it for.
i took red cherry flavoring and added it to a small amount of rancid olive oil. then added it to a tiny amount of melted white wax. this made the bottom of the candle an extremely pinkish brownish tan.
as for the rest. i melted the remaining wax and mixed in a red oil pastel.
So the candle is pinkish white on the bottom and the rest is an intense reddish pink.
its 1/5th white and 4/5ths red
What magickal properties does it have, and what can i do with it?

According to some books red stands for action, passion, deep affection, courage, strength and the list goes on. Pinks stands for friendship, harmony, and stuff. Too me both means love. Could use the candle for a love spell or since red is for passion love while pink is for friendship you could use the candle for someone or yourself for turning a relationship into a friendship. These are just some ideas.

Haha funny. You always can use the candle for other things. People say use white candle for a working candle but I'm using a purple candle. You can also just light it when there's a black out. Many uses just open you mind.

Red is a color I personally associate with healing and protection, so I would personally use it for one of those, if I could not find any other purpose for it.
You could also use it as an offering to a deity (if you work with any) or a nice altar candle.
You'll find a variety of books and lists of color correspondences, with varying representations for each. Go with what you feel is right and use it in your magical work, or not at all. While we can give you suggestions, it's up to you and what you feel your candle would be best used for.
So i decide what each color means? Like if i suddenly thought money was purple. A purple candle would be equally as good as a green one for a wealth spell?

You can use whatever candle color you want for whatever spell you want. The candle is just another tool to help you manifest your intent. For example, if I wanted to cast a spell for luck and only had a certain candle color to do it with(orange for instance), I wouldn't let that stop me.
Also keep in mind that you also do not need tools to help with spells, they are just another means to help you focus on the task at hand, your intent, etc. You don't need to limit your practice just because you don't have this or that on hand.
That said, at one time, purple was considered a color of royalty and all that went with it, so it would make sense to use it for a wealth spell as well. Wealth, power, money, financial stability, etc. So, if you felt it would be better suited to whatever it is you're doing, I'd say so.
