"Glue"

What's that "glue" everyone are talking about, that doesn't let you seperate, see and such?? They say it has to do with the energy body I think but I don't promise..maybe "removing the glue" means "activating the energy body"??? But what exactly the energy body is???? I don't get this!

I've seen anyway to do that you have to use energy manipulation. Maybe that "removing of the glue" reffers to the activating of energy of the astral & etheric body (or else energy bodies...), in order for seperation to take place? From the other hand, if you have vibrations and don't get vibrated in some parts of your body; you can't seperate. Maybe, this is because-with no performing energy control techniques-the energy bodies (astral & etheric) are not "activated"? So as a result you can't AP/EP?

When trying to astral project you need to spread teh vibrations all throught your body or only part of you/all of you wont be able to seperate.
