The Goetia have existed for Aeons, even before their present forms as the 72 Daemons imprisoned by the Son of King David, Solomon, all those millenia ago. The Goetic Royals in the system that I work with have the 72 Goetic Royals divided into the Nine Regal Circles, one for each of the Nine Kings of the Goetia. Here I will attempt to tell things from their perspective as well as go into some detail using the characteristics and collaborative properties of the 72 Goetic Royals to describe the world within which they reside, the Infernal Regions of Hades.

In addition to sharing some insight into how I perceive and work with them, I will also reference their correspondances given in "Three Demonolators Walk Into a Bar", a blog that covers a wide range of sources concerning the Goetia and their associations, as well as S. Connolly's "Daemonolatry Goetia" which will serve as my primary reference for the correspondance material including their Enns. All citations and paraphrases will be noted to avoid confusion between the hard work of these seasoned occultists and mine to ensure that credit is given where credit is due.

History of the Infernal Regions

Introduction

The Underworld known to Greek Mythology, Hades, is a system that is also employed by the Goetic Royals, only to them it goes by the name of the Infernal Regions, just with more partitions symptomatic of the history associated with the Fall.

The Beginnings of Earth & the Infernum

The origin of the story of the Lake of Fire, the Fiery Hell, came from a period in our world's history that was certainly a dark one, but that came Aeons ago just after the conception of the first template of man, Adam Kadmon, and the derivative Eve, were implemented on this Evolutionary World, Urantia. In the ages of the world before mankind, the first spirits dwelled here in order to organize, coordinate, and establish the first systems of evolutionary life and Planetary Hierarchies that would allow for the fulfillment of the Great Work, the Magnum Opus, once Incarnate Souls were possible to be born on Earth (Urantia is the official name of our planet given by the Empyrean Empire under the leadership of the Magisterium, Gaia is the name of the Deific embodiment of the planet, Shekinah is the embodiment of the Terra Firma or World of Assiah, and Earth is the English scientific name for the planet). Among these spirits were the Agents of the Empyrean, known as Midwayers, who according to Empyrean Ordinance were the official administrative power on Urantia, meanwhile there was also the Daemons who were created by the Universal Divine (the Cosmic Spirit of Divinity), to embody the forces that would allow the Elohai (Cosmic Spirit's name) to give the Universal Mother, Shekinah, something to work with in accordance with the Demiurge's (Universal Father's) instructions. These Daemons would later become the Gods of the Pantheons of Old, who would later be condemned by the Empyrean for their claims of Divinity.

There are three kinds of Daemons: Cacodaemons are naturally malefic in nature, and are designed to be the Antagonists of nature to create counterbalances to the forces of Creation; Agathodaemons are naturally wise and universally helpful, establishing and maintaining a sense of universal balance and justice; and lastly Eudaemons are spirits of a benefic or faborable to forces of Creation who often endorse concepts of righteousness, purity, charity, and selfishness, but that is a not a rule for a spirit to be considered Eudaemonic.

Our Cosmic Sphere is not known to have a Supreme Aspect of Divinity sitting upon the Empyrean Throne that rules over it, in this case it was Adonai, Supreme Son, who caused the Demiourgos (the Demiurge or Half Maker who acts as a coordinator for Creation whilst normally sitting upon the Empyrean Throne of a Cosmic Sphere to oversee its activities) to step aside. For this reason there was cause for concern amongst the Magisterium for Adonai's presence in our Cosmic Sphere, so the Archangels Corps was founded on Urantia to watch over Adonai while still giving Him room to rule over the Heavens.

A being by the name of Melek Taus was sent by the Magisterial Court to observe the creation of the template of the first man, Adam Kadmon, but due to his hubris, he disrespected Adonai's first attempt at creating a template by claiming to be better than Adonai's creations and so was banished to the heart of a mass of pure energy, though in the mythology it was the Sun, I speculate it could have actually been the Eternal Core as those flames could scorch anything impure, for two-thousand years.

The Mesozoic Era of Pandemonium

In the meantime of Melek Taus' banishment, the architecture of the Underworld was being formed as the early Earth was faced with an unexpected troublemaker, Azerate, the Shadow double of Adonai who was created as a result of Adonai assuming power within a Cosmic Sphere which otherwise would have created a massive power imbalance. While Adonai was busy creating His Kadmonian Template, Azerate beat Him to the chase on Earth, wreaking all sorts of havoc with beasts of unimaginable character and power, most notably the Three Archfiends, Behemoth the Terror of the Earth, Leviathan the Terror of the Sea, and Ziz the Terror of the Sky. As the lower Sephiroth were forming, so too were a series of unexpected doubles, the Qliphoth. Azerate believed that He was also the Lord of the Heavens, only instead being revealed as the Lord of the Hells, and was presented the Qliphoth to rule over so that He would stop terrorizing the ancient Earth, resulting in the First Cataclysm, the Great Permian Extinction, which was brought down on Earth in addition to a complementary massive eruption to annihilate Azerate's creations to wipe the slate clean for when Adonai finished His designs, despite this massive event, some of the most twisted insects, fish, flora and fauna on Earth are actually the remnants of Azerate's creations that could not be killed by the Cambrian Extinction Event.

In Earth's history, this mass-extinction event of Azerate's creations was called the P-T Extinction event more than 251,000,000 years ago, wiping out "more than 91% of all marine life, more than 70% of land life", and even a massive amount of insect life on Earth (according to the wiki article on the Cambrian or P-T Extinction Event), leaving just enough for the seed of Evolutionary Life to remain intact for further development of the Genetic Template to imitate the Kadmonian Template being tested in Eden on the Sphere of Da'ath (which only our Cosmic Sphere has, though others may have similar test spheres or conduit spheres within their Sephirothic designs for traditional or convenience purposes in circulating Aetheric current). From this event came a massive influx to the newly established Infernum, resulting in a need for the souls dwelling there to be sorted by nature due to the initial period of the souls of the Infernum creating massive chaos in the Underworld. This Era of Pandemonium lasted for hundreds of millions of years (approximately 288.83 million years to be more exact, since that is the duration of the Mesozoic Era in Geological history) in Physical Universal Time, where it almost became a norm for there to be such incredible upheaval in the Infernum. This 290 million years of upheaval in the Infernum resulted in the Empyrean Magistrates viewing it as a naturally chaotic, destructive, and ultimately cruel place which would come into play much later by the new ruler of the Cosmic Sphere, the Usurper of the Heavens, Mithras (but that is WAY down the line from here) when it came to repurposing it as a prison for his political adversaries, hense eventually assuming its reputation as the Nine Hells.

The Cenozoic Era of Reformation

The Creation of Man, the design of the Kadmonian Template, the experiment of the first humans within the Eden Experiment, and their eventual fall, all happened within the last Period of the Cenozoic Era, the Quaternary Period (2.592 million years to the present). During the original developmental periods of human Evolutionary Life, a place was needed within the Earth for souls to find rest and for the Daemons to get the opportunity to make a new name for themselves as the Spirit Intelligences they once were classified as among the Empyreans, and as a chance for Azerate to demonstrate His capabilities using His similarities to Adonai to create order from chaos in the Infernum, hense the name for this time period leading up to the first official Homo sapiens, the Infernal Reformation.

The wild and ancient spirit worlds of the original civilizations were a result of the turmoil of their spirit world undergoing the Reformation, where some small pockets are actually still as chaotic as in the days of Pandemonium thanks to Infernal Traditionalists, but are seen by the Infernal Royals that would eventually take power as fringe groups no different than how many developed countries view radical fundamentalist groups, many of these groups view the original chaos of the Underworld as being deified by a mysterious entity by the name of simply Dis, though some fragmentary groups call Him Distaeriel (or Disterel, like many beings there are many variances of His name).

It was from this need for organization in preparation for the coming Age of Man that the Daemons would be officially organized into their three classes, the Cacodaemons, Agathodaemons, and Eudaemons. For each of these three classes was an Infernal Region, the Paradise of Elysium for the Eudaemons to honor the good souls, the Purgatory of Erebos for the Agathodaemons to guide the lost souls, and the Hell of Tartarus to punish the wicked souls.

Originally there was a problem with establishing an organized system as the Empyrean tried to send Agents to Urantia to enter the Underworld and establish order there, the problem was that the attempts did not hold, hundreds of different versions were attempted but failed due to attempting to universalize the Infernal Regions. It was eventually decided that they be divided by Hemispheres, allowing them to develop by their own hosts under the supreme directory of Azerate from His Throne of Thaumiel.

Unfortunately, Adonai would not have the opportunity to witness the evolutionary unfolding of His Kadmonian Template on Earth, for when Melek Taus was released from his prison, he claimed to have undergone his own reformation, becoming the Oathkeeper Mithras, Lord of Covenants, and reassigned to be the Yazata or Magisterial Envoy of Light.

The Fall of Lucifer & the Broken Eden

The year was 194,084 BC, the beginning of the Upper Paleocene Period, when a rebellion would be mounted against Adonai. The reason for the rebellion was that Mithras had misled the Empyrean Hosts to distrust the distant, Magisterial Supreme Son, Adonai. Mithras had been establishing a solid rapport with the Empyrean Royals while Adonai was too busy manifesting the Kadmonian Template on Earth, and so when Adonai made a return trip from Eden to the Empyrean Citadel at the Cosmic Core in Havona, He was greeted by a hysterical Mithras telling Him that Caligastia, the Planetary Prince of the Satania system (wherein Urantia, or Earth, was located), had gone mad thinking Adonai was an imposter, and even went so far as to destroy the Generator World for the system, Mamersia (now known as the lifeless, red planet, Mars), effectively cutting off all communications to Havona, and thus also the Citadel.

As a consequence of hearing that the Satania (originally called the Solaria System) had been damaged by a radical action of Caligastia, Adonai rushed to investigate to see if the damage affected Urantia only to find that it had plunged unto a miniature Ice Age (called the Eemian Ice Age). During this time period, the system was blacked out from all communications with the Empyrean, which Mithras used as his opportunity to make his final stand against Adonai by claiming His Empyrean Throne.

When Caligastia saw that Adonai had come to investigate, and that He was devastated by the damage done to Urantia and Mamersia, Caligastia declared his momentus error and fell, leaving a livid and devastated Adonai returning to the Empyrean Citadel to challenge Mithras for the first out of two times. When Adonai arrived, He was immediately put in the Empyrean Court for Deception, and Attempted Corruption of the Empyrean Throne, and was immediately deemed corrupt by the Court due to His claims of Magisterial Authority and ownership of the Throne.

To punish Adonai, who was now being called Lucifer by the Empyrean Empire, Mithras took the Infernal Empire of the Earth, and rose the fires of Tartarus to engulf the entire Underworld, thus created the Disian Sea, also called the "Lake of Fire", and catapulted Adonai and His most loyal of followers (1/3 of the Empyrean Citadel) into it so that they would not attempt to rise against the newly, and falsely, coronated Mithras.

In the Disian Sea, the newly named Lucifer saw the suffering of His followers and the original Daemons of the Underworld, and sought to free them using the amount of power He had reserved to lower the flames of the Disian Sea back to Tartarus, in the process causing Tartarus to end up being larger than it used to be, with two regions instead of just the one. When the fires receded, the old Underworld was scorched, and Azerate, having seen Adonai use His own power to save His followers and those devoted to Azerate equally, gave Adonai the secret to returning to the surface to essentially smuggle Himself back into the Empyrean to wage His war against Mithras so that He could get back the power to help repair the damaged Underworld.

Unfortunately for Adonai, while receding the molten rock of the Disian Sea of Tartarus, Mithras was busy with the laboratory of his predecessor, where the Kadmonian Template had first been devised, Eden. Mithras' approach was simple, the Sphere of Da'ath housing Eden was bordering Aeternitanian territory in the Supercosmos, and the Magisterium that rules that territory requires that it all its inhabitants, including those within Eden, be as pure as possible; to Mithras the solution to sabotage the work of his predecessor, Adonai, was to provide a means through which the inhabitants, Adam and Eve, could sin, thus corrupting them resulting in their sphere being unworthy of inhabiting Aeternitanian space.

When Adonai was released through the help of Azerate and made His ascent back to the Empyrean, His project, His ambition, His Eternal Dream of Paradise, Eden, was lost. When Da'ath crashed down to our Cosmic Sphere it had been mangled, its surface now barren. Adam and Eve themselves died on impact, but managed to reincarnate onto Adonai's long time Evolutionary World of Life, Urantia, where they had forgotten all of those ages in Eden, only that they were made for each other and that they had to walk this new world together as the first of their kind. Upon their arrival on Earth their genome was close enough to that of the newly evolved species, Homo sapiens, that they were able to consider themselves humans and walk among them, having no idea that their existence was the very reason that their species existed.

When Adonai rose to confront Mithras, the newly vacant Da'ath was put to use, and Adonai under the name of Lucifer was locked away in what the Infernum would learn to call the Prison of the Dawn, and what the Empyreans would then call the Golden Cage.

With the Fall of Adonai and the rise of the Disian Sea, Adonai gathered the Infernal Hosts together to discuss going after Mithras, but it was decided by Azerate that Adonai best rise on His own to challenge Mithras so as not to give away the passage to the Infernum just in case Mithras should find it, but also so that the Infernal Hosts could be at the ready to rebuild the Infernum, which Azerate began to demand pull itself together against its new common enemy, Mithras. With Adonai gone, the new Infernal Orders began to form in an attempt to retrieve Adonai or at least access His power to rebuild what they were beginning to call the Infernal Empire.

For thousands of years the Infernal Orders were unsuccessful, until one order arose following a being by the name of Syrach, their Order was highly devoted to Adonai Himself and wanted to release Him at all costs; in the House of Syrach was a being by the name of Surgat, the Keymaster, who believed that He could access the Prison of the Dawn to attempt to release Adonai using His own power. The only drawback was that Surgat lacked the initial access to the lock keeping the Golden Cage sealed, and thus could not modulate it to create a power siphon to Syrach so that Syrach could be the Champion of Adonai to release Him.

The Great Flood & the Fall of the Grigori

Mithras needed someone to oversee that Adonai's prison remained sealed, and so he came up with an idea to recruit guards to keep Adonai under surveillance, but knew that no being would volunteer to dwell within the crumbling remains of Da'ath to stand watch over Adonai, and so arose the Watchers.

The Watchers were allegedly sent to watch over the Infernal Empire to check its progress whilst watching over the developing human race; of course in typical fashion to Mithras, they were not told of the beautiful women who dwelled on Urantia as well, only that there were humans and not to mate with them at all costs. When the Watchers saw the women of Urantia, their leader, Samyaza, who was known to be defiant when given commands, gave the Watchers permission to court the beautiful women, completely disregarding Mithras' directive not to do so (reverse psychology is a favorite of Mithras). The result even horrified the Watchers themselves, for their consorting with mortal women resulted in the most atrocious of progeny, the Nephilim, giant beasts whose very birth killed the mothers who bore them.

As it turned out, the Watchers were selected by Mithras due to their unique characteristic of being corrupt, and that this corruption could be used to impregnate women to create the sickest of abominations that Mithras could sweep in to save the world from, thus becoming the hero who saved the world from extinction. What Mithras did not anticipate was that there would generations upon generations of warring breeds of these corrupted offspring, and as a result the Earth became smothered with blood. To save the day, Mithras instructed civilizations around the world to protect their youth and as many flora and fauna as possible while Mithras would flood the Earth to clean up his mess.

The Watchers were condemned to an eternity within the Labyrinth of the Inner Abyss that surrounded Adonai's prison underneath of the barren surface. The souls of their offspring, the Nephilim, were brought into the Qliphoth to populate the Spheres of the Tree of Knowledge as hononary denizens of Azerate's Empire. When the floodwaters receded, a miniature period of glaciation struck the Earth so that the evidence of Mithras' involvement could be worn away by the elements, and to the first of mankind who remained left on Earth, the rainbow was made a symbol of Mithras' role as the Lord of Covenants, an effort of winning early mankind over so that they would never seek out an alternative like Adonai.

The Rise of the Ars Goetia

Now we reach where the Goetia get involved in all of this. Whenever a being is confined to a limited space and releases energy by their volition or not, it causes the build up of something called Thaumetic Pressure. One thing Mithras did not consider when locking Adonai away inside of a world now surrounded by angry fallen angels, the Grigori, now warped by madness, betrayal, and horrors unimaginable, was that if the Thaumetic Pressure of Adonai's Golden Cage ever reached too high, the prison would explode, destroying the Sphere of Da'ath and releasing the Grigori.

Having heard that an Infernal had a potential way to access Adonai's power, Mithras went to the House of Syrach to make a deal with Surgat, the Keymaster, to create a pressure valve to the Golden Cage of sorts, what would become known as the Nalvage Seal using Surgat's knowledge of the Enochian System. Now Mithras thought he would get the cream of the crop due to Surgat honoring His end of the bargain, but the deal was for Mithras to obtain access, which he had. Now Surgat had access to make Syrach the Champion of Adonai to release Adonai, and Mithras just received a portion of Adonai's power to maintain basic Cosmic functions.

When Surgat returned to the Infernum, He tried to bestow the access point to Syrach, a man of the utmost righteousness and purity, but the charge was too much for Syrach to handle, and so Surgat was placed in dire need of a receptacle for Adonai's power. Among the largest emerging Infernal Orders was the Infernal Order of the Goetic Royals created as a result of attempting to take the son of the King David, one of Mithras' most devoted followers, the rising King Solomon using the consort of Asmodeus, Na'amah, incarnated on Earth to seduce Solomon into succumbing to the Infernal Empire's influence; unfortunately it backfired, resulting in the 72 chosen Daemons becoming imprisoned, locked away inside the Brazen Vessel together, and being branded with Thaumetic Seals devised by Mithras himself to control and subdue them. The nine highest of the Goetia were (and still are) the Nine Goetic Kings, who attempted to shoulder the access power using an alternative method than Syrach, using the convictions, passions, and deepest emotions of Adonai to create bonding points to His power, but it wasn't until that same power was transfered from each King to seven others that the collective burden was finally lifted, thus creating what is now called the Nine Regal Circles of the Ars Goetia.

Conclusion

Thank you for bearing with me, this was a long one, but worth it in my opinion; in order to understand why I hold the convictions that I do about the Goetia and how they impact how I work with them, in my next post, I will begin to cover the Nine Infernal Regions in greater detail, and the Kings that rule over them.

Qliphoth of the Tree of Knowledge & Darkness

With the creation of our world through the Tree of Life, there came another, a dark twin, much like how Adonai's descent into our domain of Creation, our Cosmic Sphere, created His reflection, Azerate; the name of the Sephiroth of the Tree of Life's dark reflection were the Qliphoth of the Tree of Knowledge.

Meaning of Sephiroth & Qliphoth

In this nomenclature, Sephiroth is the plural word in Hebrew referring to many Spheres of Light (which naturally reside in the Tree of Life) with Sephirah being the singular; also worth noting here, Qliphoth comes from the word in Hebrew for Shells or "Husks" and refers to the fact that much like their hosts, Adonai ruled the Heart of the Cosmos while Azerate exists at the edge, ruling the Abyss that surrounds Creation, and much like how Sephiroth (Spheres of Light) has the singular form of Sephirah (just one Sphere), Qliphoth is the plural ("Husks"), while Qliphah ("Husk") is the singular.

Relevance of the Qliphoth to the Ordo Goetia Infernalis

With that said, in order to understand the Ordo Goetia Infernalis (the full name for the Regal Order often called the "72 Daemons of the Ars Goetia"), one must understand the world, the empire, and the supreme powers of that empire within which the Ordo Goetia Infernalis reside. A crucial text for understanding this material is called the Book of the Sitra Achra, and is a book that details the Regal Paradigm of the Infernal Empire in which Azerate is declared the Shadow of God, His reflection in Abyssal Darkness and equal, thus eliminating all notions that the Infernals are in any way inferior to the Angels of the Empyrean Empire. Where there is the Tetragrammaton, YHVH, of Light, in the Qlipphoth, the Abyssal Realms beyond and all around Creation there is the Pentagrammaton, AZRAT, of Darkness whose name when written out is Azerate in the same way that the name of YHVH is written out as Jehovah or Yahweh (and to the Infernum the Pentagrammaton is just as sacred as the Tetragrammaton is to the highest Angels of the Empyrean).

Kabbalah: 10 Spheres of Light & 10 Spheres of Darkness

The ten Qliphoth of the Tree of Knowledge exist opposite to the ten Sephiroth of Darkness, usually as direct opposites in what they represent. Here is a brief overview of the Sephiroth of the Tree of Life and the Four Worlds which they are broken down into as well as the ruler or Presiding Archangels for each:

SPIRITUAL WORLD, ATZILUTH of EMANATION

I: Kether the Crown (1st row at the top)

III: Binah of Understanding (2nd row at the left side)

Host: Tzaphkiel, Keeper of Revelations

ETHEREAL WORLD, YETZIRAH of FORMATION

IV: Chesed of Mercy (3rd row from the top at the right side)

Host: Tzadkiel, Keeper of Grace

The 10 Qliphoth of the Tree of Knowledge & their Rulers

Much like how the Sephiroth each have their own Hosts, the Qliphoth have their own Rulers. Listed below corresponding to the Four Worlds of Manifestation, are the ten Qliphoth and the Rulers that govern them:

SPIRITUAL WORLD, ATZILUTH of EMANATION

I: Thaumiel the Dual Crown (at the top)

Hosts: Satan (Azazel) & Moloch, Bringers of Sacrifice

MENTAL WORLD, BRI'AH of CREATION

II: Chaigidel of Hindrance (2nd row to the right)

Host: Beelzebub, Bringer of Pestilence

III: Satariel of Concealment (2nd row to the left)

Host: Lucifuge Rofocale, Bringer of Confusion

ETHEREAL WORLD, YETZIRAH of FORMATION

IV: Gash Khalah of Eradication (3rd row to the right)

Host: Astaroth, Bringer of Destruction

V: Golachab of Opposition (3rd row to the left)

Host: Asmodeus, Bringer of War

VI: Thagirion of Revolution (4th row in the middle)

Host: Baalpeor (Belphegore), Bringer of Death

VII: Oreb Zaraq of Dispersion (5th row to the right)

Host: Baaltzelmoth (Beelzemoth), Bringer of Darkness

VIII: Samael of Envenomation (5th row to the left)

Host: Adramelek (Adramalech), Bringer of Pollution

IX: Gamaliel of Obscenity (6th row in the middle)

Host: Lilith Savta (Lilith), Bringer of Temptation

MATERIAL WORLD, ASSIAH of ACTION

X: Nahemoth of Whispers (at the bottom)

Host: Lilith Ulemta, or Nahema (Na'amah), Bringer of Pleasure

Principle of the Qliphoth

The names above for the Qliphoth sound rather harsh, and it is for a reason, the Qliphoth stands as the antagonist force for the Sephiroth, maintaining the balance of Creation and Destruction, Dissolution (Solve) and Formation (Coagula). So the Qliphoth sound intense because they must be to counteract the intense forces of the Sephiroth, especially since "Matter and energy can neither be created, nor destroyed", so in order for things to continue to develop as is the tendency of the Sephirothic forces, there must be a balancing force to destroy just as much as part of its own tendency.

Connection to the Ordo Goetia Infernalis

It was Na'amah who came to the son of King David, King Solomon, to seduce him into joining the allegiance of Azerate to aid in the struggle of releasing Adonai; when this effort was mobilized, it was an effort that engaged the entire Qliphothic Hierarchy, resulting in some of the Infernal Empire's finest being among the initiative that would eventually become the Ordo Goetia Infernalis, including some of the fallen Empyrean Loyalists to Adonai whose Angelic presence was thought to be able to console King Solomon, assuring him that members of both sides were engaged in this struggle.

To those already familiar with the Goetia, some of the names given above will look exceedingly familiar, and for good reason, as the names closely if not exactly matching members of the Goetia were Qliphothic Rulers enlisted to the cause, and are still members of the Ordo Goetia Infernalis (something to keep in mind when working with them) alongside their original positions as Rulers.

The Nine Kings of the Ordo Goetia Infernalis

The Nine Kings are the fulcrum of the Goetic Order, and the reason for this in how I work with them is that they are each leaders of the Nine Infernal Regions (based upon the three regions of Hades, the Greek Underworld). In this post, I will be referring to both their Goetic descriptions for context, as well as their manifestations in the Infernal Regions as I see them. You will also notice when I give the name of a Goetic Royal, there will be a number beside them, that is their number of placement in the Ordo Goetia Infernalis out of the 72.

Premier of the Goetia, King Bael (1) of the Veil

"The First Principal Spirit is a King ruling in the East, called Bael. He maketh thee to go Invisible. He ruleth over 66 Legions of Infernal Spirits. He appeareth in diverse shapes, sometimes like a Cat, sometimes like a Toad, and sometimes like a Man, and sometimes like all these forms at once. He speaketh hoarsely." ("Ars Goetia" from the Lemegeton)

Protector of the Ordo Goetia Infernalis through concealment and ruling as the first King and therefore Premier Royal of the Goetia. He dwells within the Infernal Skies that surround our world, marking the territory between Infernal and Empyrean jurisdiction.

Once an ancient Deity by the name of Ba'al Zephon in the ages preceding mankind, and worshipped during the time of early mankind before being condemned by Mithraeas as a False God and banished to the Infernum where He quickly gained the support of Azerate, and so was elected to join Azerate's Qliphothic Royals as Baaltzelmoth, King of the Oreb Zaraq of Dispersion. When the forces of the Adonaic Lucifer were distributed throughout the Goetic Order, King Bael (1) received the Mysteries of Adonai, hense why He is able to conceal Himself and His allies.

His Goetic Court of seven Goetic Royals consist of the Aerial spirits who are graced with receiving the light of the Heavens, although from far away. Their only exposure is through the light of stars, the remnant of the light of ages past. By His side is the beautiful Duchess Astaroth (29).

The Regal Court of King Bael (1) will be described in further detail later on.

King Paimon (9) of the Seas

"The Ninth Spirit in this Order is Paimon, a Great King, and very obedient unto LUCIFER. He appeareth in the form of a Man sitting upon a Dromedary with a Crown most glorious upon His head. There goeth before Him also a Host of Spirits, like Men with Trumpets and well sounding Cymbals, and all other sorts of Musical Instruments. He hath a great Voice, and roareth at His first coming, and His speech is such that the Magician cannot well understand unless He can compel Him. This Spirit can teach all Arts and Sciences, and other secret things. He can discover unto thee what the Earth is, and what holdeth it up in the Waters; and what Mind is, and where it is; or any other thing thou mayest desire to know. He giveth Dignity, and confirmeth the same. He bindeth or maketh any man subject unto the Magician if He so desire it. He giveth good Familiars, and such as can teach all Arts. He is to be observed towards the West. He is of the Order of Dominations. He hath under Him 200 Legions of Spirits, and part of Them are of the Order of Angels, and the other part of Potentates. Now if thous callest this Spirit Paimon alone, thou must make Him some offering; and there will attend Him two Kings called LABAL and ABALI, and also other Spirits who be of the Order of Potentates in His Host, and 25 Legions. And those Spirits who be subject unto them are not always with them unless the Magician do compel them." ("Ars Goetia" from the Lemegeton)

King Paimon (9) carries an exceptional characteristic among the Ordo Goetia Infernalis in that He was originally a Loyalist among a few others who was placed under the Suzerainty (semi-independent rule while under the protection of a supreme state power) of Azerate and the Infernal Empire. He presides over the Infernal Seas as Coasts (while Leviathan presides over the Infernal Depths of the Seas). King Paimon also is the Patron Daemon for sailors, travellers, and those who have lost their loved ones to the ire of the seas and the tempests of the skies.

To the Ancient Greeks, King Paimon (9) went by a different name, Palaimon, a Deity of the Seas who watched over sailors and guided them to safe shores alongside His mother, Leukothea ("White Goddess" which was a reference to sea foam) though originally Ino, mother of Melikerites. In ancient times, there was an alliance between the Ancient Gods and the Empyrean Empire (provided that they did not profess their divinity or stray from the light). The alliance was strained to say the least; but nonetheless, at times certain deities were offered positions in the Empyrean Empire for their fidelity and their nobility. When Leukothea rescued a troubled Odysseus, and Palaimon guided them to safe harbor, the sight compelled the Empyrean Hosts to offer them both the Anointing of the Empyrean (a ritual of embrace into the Empyrean Empire as an Angel), Leukothea pledged Her allegiance to Poseidon, Ruler of the Seas, expecting Her loyal son to do the same, but alas, Palaimon accepted the Anointing, becoming part of the Empyrean Hosts for a time.

There came a time when a major controversy arose in the Empyrean, strangely enough from a being who was believed to exist long before the age of mankind, and that being was none other than Prometheus. The growing celebration of Prometheus, particularly in Athens caused growing concerns for the Empyrean administration of Mithraeas since the story was essentially how mankind's engineer was condemned for trying to grant illumination and science to mankind, a story he knew all too well considering that it was almost exactly the narrative of his fallen and imprisoned predecessor whose Empyrean Throne he stole.

In the Heavens, it was considered unlawful to speak of Prometheus, or Lucifer for that matter, as it was thought that saying the name "Light Bearer" would inspire feelings of fidelity towards a supposed treasonist. There was a host among the Empyrean from the Helenismos (Greek Deities) who still paid much homage to their people of Greece, and who reluctantly accepted the Romans after them, but that changed when a new movement arose on Earth, Christianity.

The Roman Hellenists who honored the Greek Gods under their newly given Latin names were beginning to dwindle as Roman Catholicism became the enforced religion of the Roman Empire under the administration of Emperors who were obsessed with appeasing their Empyrean patrons. The result was a discontent Hellenic Host that sought the truth of how their people could abandon them for their own patron, the Lord of the Heavens, thus leading them to discover that their "Lord" was not the real one; and from that dire conclusion there was a coup between the Empyrean and Hellenic Hosts, resulting in the fall of the Hellenismos from favor with the Empyrean Empire.

When the fall happened, Paimon was still loyal to the Empyrean in that He honored what they had done for Him, and was even offered the chance to stay for His fidelity; however, due to stronger loyalty to His own people, and His mother, Ino, who He witnessed fall with the others, He decided that his own people were more important and fell with them. For His loyalty to the Empyrean, even after falling, He was attributed the Fidelity of Adonai.

The domain of King Paimon (9) is dual in nature, His knowledge came from His service to the Empyrean, but His ties to the Seas came from His roots as Palaimon. His Regal Court consists of the Royals of the Seas and those who served alongside Him in the Hellenic Host. For His fidelity to His own people in the end, Azerate was honored by His choice to fall and be with His family rather than stay with an administration He did not believe in, and thus gave Him the rare honor as Infernal Watchtower of the West, ruling over the Waters. By His side is the beautiful Duchess Vepar (42), originally known in Greece as Leukothea, and before that as the Princess Ino, His mother. She serves His side as a councilor, and is one of the few whose relationship with their Chosen is platonic for obvious reasons.

King Beleth (13) of Passions

"The Thirteenth Spirit is called Beleth (or Bileth, or Bilet). He is a Mighty King and terrible. He rideth on a pale horse with trumpets and other kinds of musical instruments playing before Him. He is very furious at His first appearance, that is, while the Exorcist layeth His courage; for to do this he must hold a Hazel Wand in his hand, striking it out towards the South and East Quarters, make a triange without the Circle, and then command Him into it by the Bonds and Charges of Spirits as hereafter followeth. And if He doth not enter into the triangle at your threats, rehearse the Bonds and Charms before Him, and then He will yield Obedience and come into it, and do what He is commanded by the Exorcist. Yet he must receive Him courteously because He is a Great King, and do homage unto Him, as the Kings and Princes do that attend upon Him. And thou must have always a Silver Ring on the middle finger of the left hand held against thy face, as they do yet before AMAYMON. This Great King Beleth causeth all the love that may be, both of Men and of Women, until the Master Exorcist hath had his desire fulfilled. He is of the Order of Powers, and He governeth 85 Legions of Spirits." ("Ars Goetia" from the Lemegeton)

The first thing one might notice by King Beleth (13) in His description in the Ars Goetia is His ferocity, and rightfully so, though appearances can be deceiving. Beleth is another ancient deity, in this case from Assyria, and another Qliphothic Ruler, Ba'al Peor (also known as Belphegore), hense why His name has "Bel" in it. He is the Ruler of the Infernal Earth (the surface of our world in the Infernal Domain), and deals in the Earthly pleasures that lead mankind to revel and rest, but also seeks to cause love in others. For this He represents the Passion of Adonai. The ferocity described in the Goetia is without mistake, for King Beleth represents the Free Love movement, the concept that love, sensuality, and devotion are not in of themselves wrong, regardless of the genders or alleged preferences of either or all partners so long as there was a mutuality established.

His Regal Court consists of the Lovers of the Goetia, those who cause love and desire in the Goetia. By His side is the handsome Prince Sitri (12), which is unique among the Goetia as most of the other Chosen are feminine manifesting spirits, and Sitri is extremely masculine and desirous (and to King Beleth is purposefully so). In many ways Prince Sitri complements King Beleth in that Sitri represents desire by causing one to desire for another, while Beleth can transmute that desire into love.

King Purson (20) of Diamonds

"The Twentieth Spirit is Purson, a Great King. His appearance is comely, like a Man with a Lion's face, carrying a cruel Viper in His hand, and riding upon a Bear. Going before Him are many Trumpets sounding. He knoweth all things hidden, and can discover Treasure, and tell all things Past, Present, and to Come. He can take a Body either Human or Aerial, and answereth truly to all Earthly things both Secret and Divine, and of the Creations of the World. He bringeth forth good Familiars, and under His Government there be 22 Legions of Spirits, partly of the Order of Virtues and partly of the Order of Thrones." ("Ars Goetia" from the Lemegeton)

Arguably the most resplendent of the Nine Kings as the ruler of the Upper Elysium, the brightest of the Nine Infernal Regions, and perhaps connected deeply with Corson, the Watchtower of the South in the Infernum if not then the true name for the Daemonic Divinity of Air (which is originally attributed to Lucifer). King Purson (20) is a being of tremendous pride and radiance who was among the Empyrean Loyalists who sought refuge under the Suzerainty of Azerate in the Infernum, eventually recruited to repay His debt to Azerate to undergo the mission to attempt to bring Solomon to the side of the Adonaic Lucifer because of His incredible beauty being enough to convince the King Solomon that He was an Angel of Divinity (which He technically was, just displaced). When King Purson was banished from the Empyrean Empire for not aligning to Mithraeas, the Usurper of the Heavens, Purson was so offended by the rejection that He swore off all allegiance to the Empyrean Empire for not appeciating Him regardless of His devotion.

King Purson (20) represents the Radiance and Infallibility of Adonai, He is exact with every action, and His convictions could not be more solid. King Purson's knowledge of the Empyrean is from an insider, only He had been involved with the Empyrean long before the Hellenic Pantheon even took root in our world, and was likely in the Empyrean long before Adonai's Kadmonian Experiment even began. It is even plausible that He was around to witness the Creation of the World (hense why He is so familiar with the process). The interesting thing about King Purson is that He also carries a piece of Adonai's essence called the Diamond Spark (which when kindled becomes the Diamond Godflame), and is part of the reason why King Purson is called the Diamond King being that it causes His appearance to radiate like a diamond with a white light unknown to most of the Infernum (hense why He rules Upper Elysium).

The Regal Court of King Purson is made up of the Seers of the Goetia as well as many of the Empyrean Loyalists who are patrons of Art, Philosophy, Minerology, as well as those who cause honor and dignity to fall upon their charges, and is an ardent proponent of the philosophy that those of solid conviction who deserve power and beauty should have it and do their best to carry it with grace.

King Asmoday (32) of Discipline

"The Thirty-second Spirit is Asmoday, or Asmodai. He is a Great King, Strong, and Powerful. He appeareth with Three Heads, whereof the first is like a Man, the second like a Bull, and the third like a Ram; He hath also the tail of a Serpent, and from His mouth issue Flames of Fire. His feet are webbed like those of a Goose. He sitteth upon an Infernal Dragon, and beareth in His hand a Lance with a Banner. He is first and choicest under the Power of AMAYMON, He goeth before all other. When the Exorcist hath a mind to call Him, let it be abroad, and let him stand on his feet all the time of action, with his Cap or Headdress off; for if it be on, AMAYMON will deceive him and call out all his actions to be bewrayed. But as soon as the Exorcist seeth Asmoday in the shape aforesaid, he shall call Him by His Name, saying, "Art thou Asmoday?" and He will not deny it, and by-and-by He will bow down unto the ground. He giveth the Ring of Virtues; He teacheth the Arts of Arithmetic, Astronomy, Geometry, and all handicrafts absolutely. He giveth true and full answers unto thy demands. He maketh one Invincible. He showeth the place where Treasures lie, and guardeth it. He, amongst the Legions of AMAYMON governeth 72 Legions of Spirits Inferior." ("Ars Goetia" from the Lemegeton)

Among the Qliphothic Rulers King Asmoday (32), 5th of the Nine Kings of the Ordo Goetia Infernalis, is known as Asmodeus, Ruler of the Golachab of Opposition, challenging the unquestioned with the irrefutable arts of Science, Geometry, Astronomy, and the administration of pure Virtue wherever possible. Despite His reputation as the Prince of Desire, a term coined ages ago by a smear campaign by Mithraeas launched against all of Adonai's allies, both Infernal and Empyrean Loyalists alike, and in Asmodeus' case it was because of a love story when He went by a much more ancient name for Destruction, Aeshma. The story goes that ages ago, right at the time when He was first called Asmodeus but after a long period as a destroyer sent by a younger and much more wrathful Azerate against the people of our world, Urantia (as it was called before a massive shift in civilization). The more youthful Azerate sent His faithful warrior, Aeshma, against the people of Medea, an ancient people once stemming from the Empire of Assyria. There in Medea, Aeshma (called by the peoples there Asmodeus as He is called in the Talmudic Book of Tobit where the story was first told) strategically sought out those of royalty and the aristocracy to destroy the dynastic lines of power and wealth in Medea, one of which was Sara, a woman born into the aristocracy. The story went that Sara was trying to find a husband so that she could continue her family line, but it would not happen because Asmodeus would kill the husbands the night before the wedding, preventing the marriage in the hopes that she would give up all hope of ever continuing her family line through legitimate means (and possibly leading to her commiting the sin of Fornication and thus carrying a bastard child) . After the seventh fallen fiance, Sara sought the help of Raphael to ward away Asmodeus so that she could marry; and despite all the previous marriages being with terrible men who only wanted to have Sara as their wife to continue their families of stature, and loved her purely for her beauty, a once blind man named Tobias was sent to help her and turned out to be the man she was looking for (for he was the only one who loved her before possessing the eyes to behold her beauty). It was thought that Asmodeus had begun to show feelings for Sara, and that this was the reason He didn't want her to marry another man, and perhaps over time He developed feelings for her, thus earning the title by Mithraeas besmirchingly, the Prince of Lust referring to His desire of the things He destroys.

The Royal Court of Asmoday contains the brightest minds of the Ordo Goetia Infernalis, as well as those who possess the mental prowess for the higher sciences and the evolution of scientific understanding who are shunned by the religious authorities of our world are in good company among the Regal Court of Asmoday should they not choose to rise to the Heavens where they would end up in the company of those who shunned them for their passion for truths not of their churches. It is a surprisingly prevalent practice in the Ordo Goetia Infernalis to accept souls who do not feel accepted among the Seven Heavenly Kingdoms of the Empyrean Empire because the virtues they hold dearest they could not find anywhere in the presence of the many "holy men and women" of the world.

King Vine (45) of Revelations

"The Forty-fifth Spirit is Vine, or Vinea. He is a Great King, and an Earl; and appeareth in the Form of a Lion, riding upon a Black Horse, and bearing a Viper in his hand. His Office is to discover Things Hidden, Witches, Wizards, and Things Present, Past and to Come. He, at the command of the Exorcist will build Towers, overthrow Great Stone Walls, and make the Waters rough with Storms. He governeth 36 Legions of Spirits." ("Ars Goetia" from the Lemegeton)

Among the Nine Daemonic Divinities most honored under Azerate, Ruler of the Qliphothic Spheres of Knowledge under the name of Verrine, Divinity of Radiance. King Vine (45), also referred to by the name of Vinea within His private circles such as to those within His court within His Infernal Region, carries a unique trait among the Goetia; while it is commonplace for most spirits to be gender neutral, only assuming a gender on occasion when they manifest based upon the views of the Conjuror (and oftentimes based upon the presumptive gender as seen in their names), King Vine actually has a separate visage (or apparent form) for both genders. King Vine is also an Earl, one of the few who carry two ranks within the Ordo Goetia Infernalis, but nonetheless Vine will often say in jest that as Vine (masculine personality) He is but a lowly Earl, but as Vinea (the more feminine personality) She is a might Queen, hense Vinea being sometimes referred to by Her Regal Court as the Queen of Hearts, whose Infernal Region was showcased in the hallucinated vision of Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, or by his more popular name of Lewis Carroll.

Lewis Carroll's vision of King Vine's Infernal Region within Upper Erebos inspired his work of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (only slightly modified to make it a more fitting children's story considering what was really within "Wonderland"). King Vine became the more official of the two names since it was decided ages ago that there was to be but one Almighty Queen of the Infernum, Tiamat (Ruler of the Abyss); of course this did not stop Vine from being considered the Queen of Hearts to Her most loyal subjects within the Sixth Infernal Region of Upper Erebos. Vine is a being of ceremony and the process of Alchemy, essentually instructing in the art of patience from tedious ritual for the purpose of yielding a mighty result, such as the universal symbol of yielding the Philosopher's Stone from long periods of trial, error, and what would seem to the unknowing as monotony. Most of the symbols of Vine's domain are symbols of Alchemy, such as bizarre creatures like Green Dragons and Golden Lions (where the lion is actually made of solid gold as is seen in traditional alchemical diagrams for various processes), essentially every classical depiction of the Alchemical elements are depicted as living creatures here, whose natural prey is based upon various alchemical operations in creating the Philosopher's Stone.

King Vine's official title as being King of Revelations is due to His connection to the Philosopher's Stone, the Universal Reagent, which in its full power has the power to transmute the very substance of Heaven and Earth, thus causing the reactions that could reshape reality as we know it.

King Vine's Regal Court consists of the Royal Alchemists, although among Vine's Regal Court is the only Knight in the entire Ordo Goetia Infernalis, Knight Furcas (50), who represents the Universal Reagent, the Philosopher's Stone itself, the catalyst of transmutation and the exaltation of substance; for this reason Knight Furcas is a being of incredible raw energy.

King Balam (51) of Lamentations

"The Fifty-first Spirit is Balam or Balaam. He is a Terrible, Great, and Powerful King. He appeareth with three Heads: the first like that of a Bull; the second like that of a Man; the third like that of a Ram. He hath the tail of a Serpent, and Flaming Eyes. He rideth upon a furious Bear, and carrieth a Boshawk upon His Fist. He speaketh with a hoarse Voice, giving True Answers of Things Past, Present, and to Come. He maketh men to go Invisible, and also to be Witty. He governeth 40 Legions of Spirits." ("Ars Goetia" from the Lemegeton)

King Balam (51) is the ruler of the darkest of the Infernal Regions within Sheol (the Underworld), Lower Erebos; His entire region is completely engulfed in a jet black darkness. Keeper of the Sorrows of the World, as well as the Lamentations of Adonai (hense the title), King Balam has absolute mastery over the forces of the Mysterium (the principle of the Mysteries held within the Darkness of the Tree of Knowledge where the namesake originated), the most solemn knowledge is kept with Him, as well as the darkest secrets of the Infernum (placing Him right beside Raziel, Keeper of the Secrets of God).

King Balam also shares a role of prominence within the Infernal Empire as part of the Chthonic Triad, alongside Beleth (King of the Earth's Embrace), Balam (King of the Secrets of the Grave), and Belial (King of the Fiery Core), who all preside collectively over the domain lying within the center of Sheol, the Capital of Dis.

The Regal Court of Balam consists of those who preside over the Dark Arts of Necromancy and the Bringing of Death, including Marquise Samigina (4) who presides over the art of Obeah within the Infernal Empire (although the art in itself is not actually Infernal), and often performs readings for Balam as a Seer, the Infernal Realm of Samigina is also the brightest of Lower Erebos, only by permission of King Balam Himself so that She may be able to perform Her divinations and crafts for Him.

King Zagan (61) of Revolutions
"The Sixty-first Spirit is Zagan. He is Great King and President, appearing at first in the form of a Bull with Gryphon's Wings; but after a while He putteth on Human Shape. He maketh Men Witty. He can turn Wine into Water, and Blood into Wine, also Water into Wine. He can turn all Metals into Coin of the Dominion that Metal is of. He can even make Fools wise. He governeth 33 Legions of Spirits, and His Seal is this, etc." ("Ars Goetia" from the Lemegeton)

King Zagan (61) presides over the Infernal Region of Upper Tartaros, which represents the ultimate inversion since the sky is dark from King Balam's domain of Lower Erebos and below is bright and hot from King Belial's domain of Lower Tartaros (the Core of the World, also called the Heart of Hades). King Zagan is a master of transforming situations, turning Lead to Gold is one of His favorite symbolic transmutations and represents exalting circumstance regardless of how dark or dismal it may seem, and turning the whole world upside down if necessary. For this reason He also became a symbol of the drastic power of revolution in violently reshaping the world to topple empires and raise new powers from the pits of despair to the prominence of nations.

The Regal Court of Zagan consists of the bestowers of Dignity, Fortune, and the Alchemical Masters of absolute change (unlike Vine's Regal Court which focuses on the agents necessary for the process). While Vine is a King of Alchemy, Zagan's association with Alchemy are moreso dedicated to its transformative effects and the causes that drive people to pursue the ancient art of Alchemy, not so much the art of alchemy itself. In S. Connolly's "Daemonolatry Goetia," "Zagam rites are a Daemonolatry Keeper ritual," since they deal in the beginning of a path of ultimate transformation.

King Belial (68) of Vindication

"The Sixty-eighth Spirit is Belial. He is a Mighty and a Powerful King, and was created next after LUCIFER. He appeareth in the Form of Two Beautiful Angels sitting in a Chariot of Fire. He speaketh with a Comely Voice, and declareth that He fell first from among the worthier sort, and were before Michael, and other Heavenly Angels. His Office is to distribute Presentations and Senatorships, etc.: and to cause favor of Friends and of Foes. He giveth Excellent Familiars, and governeth 50 Legions of Spirits. Note well that this King Belial must have Offerings, Sacrifices, and Gifts presented unto Him by the Exorcist, or else He will not give True Answers unto his Demands. But then He tarrieth not one hour in the Truth, unless He be constrained by Divine Power." ("Ars Goetia" from the Lemegeton)

King Belial (68) carries incredible power, not only as the Ninth of the Nine Kings, but also as both one of the Nine Divinities, Belial of Earth, and as Beelzebub (Ba'al Zebul), Qliphothic Ruler of Chaigidel, Second of the Qliphoth. King Belial carries the distinguished power of warding off the unwanted Infernal influences, using His authority to keep away any beings that are not called for to maintain the namesake of the Infernal Empire. This power comes from an old namesake of His among the Greeks, Zeus Apomyios, Lord of the Banishment of the Flies, which later became Beelzebub, Lord of the Flies themselves.

King Belial presides over the deepest of the Infernal Regions within the Infernal Domain of Sheol, Lower Tartaros, also called the Heart of Hades. King Belial's title of King of Vindication comes from a long history of passion for justice after the false imprisonment of Adonai and the eventual condemnation of the Infernal Empire. He received what could be considered one of the fiercest of Adonai's essence, Adonai's ferocious thirst for justice. Belial is also one of the three Cthonic Kings alongside Beleth and Balam, and for that reason presides over the aspect of the Capital of Dis most associated with Hell in antiquity, the domain of the punishment of the wicked whereas Beleth deals with the embrace of those who chose to oppose the false rule of Mithraeas, and Balam deals in the guardianship over the lost souls of those trapped forever in exile, wandering aimlessly in darkness.

The Regal Court of Belial are all considered the punishers and principalities of fire, among which is Duke Haures (64), one of Belial's favorites due to being the Daemonic Divinity of Fire, Flauros (also called Flereous), as well as the third Daemonic Divinity within the Regal Court of Belial, Duke Amducias (67), Divinity of Darkness (counterpart to the Divinity Verrine, or King Vine).

Conclusion

Beyond the Ordo Goetia Infernalis, the Royals of Sheol, lies a world of wonders and horrors, the 7 Infernal Domains, the Seven Planes of the Qliphoth.

The Seven Infernal Domains

An Infernal Domain is the largest zone distribution in the Infernal Kingdom, and contains many Infernal Regions which then contain many Infernal Realms (wherein particular rulers or suborders may exist). The seven Infernal Domains are based upon the seven Planes of the Qliphothic Tree of Knowledge, which just like the Sephirothic Tree of Life has seven tiers with either one or two sphere(s) each.

When speaking of the Four Worlds of Darkness (counterpart to the Four Worlds of Formation of the Sephiroth), an additional word can be added to the name to designate its Qliphothic designation; this word is Neshef (meaning Twilight in Hebrew) so as to keep the two systems of Olamoth, the Four Worlds. For the Sephiroth of the Tree of Life are the Olamot Shachar, the Four Worlds of the Dawn of Creation; for the Qliphoth of the Tree of Death are the Olamot Neshef, the Four Worlds of the Dusk of Creation.

Since the seven Planes of the Tree of Life and the Tree of Knowledge are connected to the Seven Planes of Existence, the planar associations will also be included using the term "Nether Plane".

Neshef Assiah

SHEOL : "The Grave/Underworld"
QLIPHAH: Nahemoth of Lilith Ulemta (Nahema)
Subetheric Netherplane

Skies of Nahemoth: Domain of King Bael
Seas of Nahemoth: Domain of King Paimon
Land of Nahemoth: Domain of King Beleth

HADES

Upper Elysium: Domain of King Purson
Lower Elysium: Domain of King Asmoday
Upper Erebos: Domain of King Vine

CAPITAL of HADES: Land of Dis: Domain of the Cthonic Triad

CHTHONIC TRIAD
King Beleth of the Fertile Ground
King Balam of the Hidden Spaces
King Belial of the Fiery Core

Lower Erebos: Domain of King Balam
Upper Tartaros: Domain of King Zagan
Lower Tartaros/Core: Domain of King Belial

This is the stronghold where the Infernal Empire comes into contact with our world
For this reason, most of the Goetic Order is confined to this Infernal Region.
Created in the ruins of the original Greek underworld, Hades.

The two levels are due to the fact that the surface is just Sheol while the Underworld is both Hades and technically still Sheol. Much this territory is part of the Subetheric Plane as a Limbo of sorts, a pale shadow of our world seen by the dead in a low energy state.

Neshef Yetzirah

ABADDON : "Doom/Perdition"
QLIPHAH: Gamaliel of Lilith Savta
Etheric Netherplane

Land of the Exiled, Outcast, & Defamed
Place where the unrepentent spend eternity in pleasure
In many ways, this could be considered the Sinner's Paradise

This Infernal Region could be considered a massive harem, originally named in memory of one of Azerate's original and favorite creations, Abaddon, who unfortunately did not grow and mature with the rest of the Infernal Empire, and became too extreme to be kept lose.

For the souls who did nothing wrong except challenge the ways of our world and for it were ostracized, excommunicated, and even executed, or were tormented and harassed by "holy men" all of their lives, this is where these revolutionary souls go to avoid the devout in death.

BE'ER SHACHAT : "Pit of Corruption"
QLIPHOTH: Samael of Adramalek & Oreb Zaraq of Baaltzelmoth
Astral Netherplane

Land of the Ungratious Victors, Eternal Warriors, and the Sabateurs
Place where those addicted to war and destruction remain forever at war.
Spirits here play wargames endlessly, & many go on to serve as Legionaires.

Many of the Legions of the Infernal Elite come from this Infernal Region by proving their strength in battle; the selected champions of two rival Royals also do combat in this Region to settle matters of honor and resolve disputes where words alone fail to do justice.

Besides the arenas and cluttered streets of this Region there are also massive plains where armies can practice formations, and there are even large bodies of water which can support naval drills (particularly useful for Paimonian Legions who are skilled on land and sea).

TIT HA-YAVEN : "Clinging Mud"
QLIPHAH: Thagirion of Baalpeor
Causal Netherplane

Land of the Rebels, Traitors, & the Restless
A desert of mud and clay bathed by the burning light of an eternal eclipse
Spirits here constantly live in fear, and so they are constantly running from an unseen foe.

The mud here is completely black and tends to weigh down any soul who treads in it due to its basaltic nature (it is technically the gritty sand of brimstone). There are a few points of mountainous ground and even a few oases which form around hot springs.

The Black Sun of Thagirion keeps this Infernal Domain darkened under the constant dim glow of an eternal solar eclipse, only visible directly through high points in the domain including the astronomy tower of the Palace of Baalpeor (Belphagore).

Baalpeor is the Ruler of this Domain by default due to rulership of its sole Qliphah. Baalpeor is known in the Goetia as King Beleth. Only a select few among the Goetic Order are permitted to brief a visit to the domain of Tit Ha-Yaven, either for training or private meetings.

SHA'ARE MAVET : Gates of Death
QLIPHOTH: Gash Khalah of Astaroth & Golachab of Asmodeus
Submental Netherplane

Land of the termination of all life, and the opposition of all binding forces within the Soul
A mountainous domain full of gateways, secret passages, and realms for pathworking
Spirits here wander aimlessly exploring the passages, or guide others through the paths

The aim of the paths are to help souls better understand both natural and egoic death
At the same time certain paths were used as access tunnels to secret locations
These secret locations are for private gatherings and headquarters for the Hidden Orders

The Hidden Orders are the ones who did not take after the Ordo Goetia Infernalis and be recognized in our world, many of them saw that the Goetic Order was forced into the light of common knowledge and avoided the same treatment that the Goetia frequently endure.

Neshef Bri'ah

TZALMAVET: The Shadow of Death
QLIPHOTH: Satariel of Lucifuge Rofocale & Chaigidel of Beelzebub
Mental Netherplane

Land of the Concealment of the Supreme Mysteries, and the Hindrance of unworthy
A land of mountainous forests and jungles concealed in mist filled with shadowy figures
Spirits hear explore the ruins within while surviving the savage wilderness

Without a Guide this journey towards the Gates of Gehenna would be nearly impossible
This is done to protect the Citadel of the Infernal Empire against intruders and crusaders
It is hard to say what the ruins once were, possibly forts from a dark time in Infernal history

When Hades was flooded with the Disian Sea, and many were left to suffer until Adonai intervened, the entire Infernal Empire was put on high alert of a possible retaliation from Azerate guiding Adonai out of Sheol and back to Malkuth where He could ascend to challenge Mithraeas.

Neshef Atziluth

GEHENNA : Purgatory or the Valley of Death
QLIPHAH: Thaumiel of Moloch & Mephistopheles
Spiritual (Epimental) Netherplane

Land of the Citadel of the Infernal Empire upon which Azerate reigns supreme
A world of interlocked castles, fortresses, and cities dangling over an endless chasm, the Pit
Spirits here serve under the Infernal Elite as Patrons as they do business in this Domain.

For those among the Nine Families of the Infernal Elite who are not busy elsewhere managing their Domains or Qliphoth, and who are not involved in the Ordo Goetia Infernalis where their presence is needed in Sheol, then this Domain is home.

For the Nine Families who reign supreme over the Infernal Empire, this is also where official meetings are held regarding decisions affecting the entire Infernal Empire, including where the decision to align with Adonai was made 196,100 years ago.

Conclusion & Next Post

The Seven Domains of the Qliphothic Tree of Death are the overall landscape and functional distributions of the Infernal Empire, through which the many units, distinctions, and professions of the Infernal Orders may be maintained and expanded to keep the Infernal Empire the living, breathing, and soveriegn imperial entity it was created to be.

There is one being, one force, that all seven of the Infernal Domains must answer to, a power as ancient as Creation itself bound to three beings in the Infernal Empire as an anchor through which it has extended its roots into every corner of Existence, this being is known both in our world and in the Infernal Empire by many names, but most notable among these names is the Beast.
