Ive heard that when you lucid dream that you can leave your deam and astral project.Does anyone know if this is true?

no thise is not possible at all
lucid dream and astral projection have a slight difference
lucid dream is when your spirit leaves your body stright to the astral world so fast that you cant see yourself come out your body
astral projection is when your spirit comes out your body but in the threshold of the astral plane and physical plane, so your spirit will see itself( your physical body) on the bed and from there your astral projecting
