A shiver in my spine

i need help, for years i have felt a shiver go through my spine at random times, it feels like a wave of energy just running through it, i cant decide whether it goes up or down, maybe both.
can someone please explain this

will there are lots of ways. like this one. if you feel a shiver in your spine it can mean that someone evil is near you or someone is be hide you. or (this way may not the way you have on you) your scared of something. but the first one may be it.
