The council only accepts experienced people due to our advanced magic we teach. We do not tolerate fluffy stuff! If any member "fluffies" I will report to the council leaders about it. But we are open to new ideas and encourage people to add their knowledge to our spell book! All I ask is to talk to me or any higher up first before adding.
