Can I visit people?

While in the astral plane are you able to see people who are not? Basically could you "spy" on people?

It is possible to use your spiritual body to walk around the physical world and yes you could see other physical people who have no idea your there. The problem is having a good enough 3rd eye to successfully spy.

The most you likely do is identify people close to you cause there energy would be familiar and get a general idea of what they may be doing.

However the mind can easily trick you into seeing things with your 3rd eye that arnt actually there
