The Priestess now has the option to accept or decline your application. If she accepts it, you will notice that your profile will have 'Coven: Teen Witches' included next to your picture and you will be able to access the coven's forums/spellbook.

If you haven't received an answer about your application after a few days, I suggest messaging the Priestess.
