First lesson : Green Witch Creed

Hear now these words we bestow,
To dare, to will, to be silent, to know,
Forget not what you reap you sow.

Be fair in all with whom the planet you share,
Give and take fairly and be always aware,
To live and let live with kindness and care.

The Wheel of the Year we must celebrate,
Honour what the Goddess and God create,
Especially of the significant eight.

Be ever mindful of the law of three,
As good and bad come back to thee,
Not just once but times by three.

Stay clear of fools and their foolish minds,
Lest you be counted amongst their kind,
You're name with theirs forever entwined.

Loving and faithful to a lover be,
Give thought, word and deed, in equal degree,
But sever ties if they not true to thee.

Honour thirteen moon's throughout the year,
Waxing and waning new and sphere,
Praise the Goddess and let her hear.

And when the moon is full to inspire with aid from the air,
Earth, water and fire,
Chant in rhyme what you desire.

The Witches star keep in your mind,
The five point pentacle and circle combined,
To protect and guard evil assigned.

Respect and honour your body and mind,
Exercise, eat well, and treat yourself kind,
Then happiness, confidence, and peace you'll find.

Surround yourself with friends who are true,
Be as kind and caring as they are to you,
Then they'll always be there for you to turn to.

Think wisely, speak thoughtfully and listen much,
To concentrate, meditate, affirm and such,
Always apply a gentle touch

In these words you should place your trust,
If it harms none, do what ye will,
If it causes harm, do what ye must.

I've been wondering what Green Magic was really about for a while, and now I *sort of* know.

Lessons will be posted weekly

This feels like it focuses more on life itself than the witches rune, which focuses the magic by itself really. When I recite the witches rune I hear a reverb in my voice and I feel the energy around me become great and my own energy skyrockets. But I think its because I'm saying a chant for my magic. This feels better, and a little cleaner. Keep up the good work.

Green Witchcraft Lesson 2: THE LITANY

The Goddess and the God are one,
Life is a gift to enjoy,
I am part if the Earth and revere Her,
I am connected to all things and the Power therein,
I am one with the All and the All is within me,
I am kith and kin to the elements, aspects of the Divine
I learn from the Goddess and the God, Nature and Meditation,
I live by the Rules of Conduct which has been passed down to me.

Hmmm, even though our coven doesnt solely focus on green magick, but I feel like we should put this on to our coven age just as a way our coven lives by
