If you're wanting to join Baying Wolves due to the fact that your profile states you want to become a werewolf and have a wolf's tail, I would recommend you not apply to that coven. They do not tolerate roleplay or fluff there. Their coven page states:
"Note: We do not accept werewolves or those who wish to become wolves. We are not here for fun and games, and neither is our coven. If you wish for some fun and games, there are plenty of roleplaying sites out there"
As for the best choice? No one can tell you that. You have to read through the coven pages, see what covens are offering, get a feel for the members, and decide for yourself what is the best choice- for you. I recommend mailing some of the priest/ess and council of covens you are interested in and seeing where that leads.
