realizing the gypsy kin

I'm new to the it..need to learn more.just curious on how everyone came to terms or realized they were gypsy. Coming from the ones that have no FAM that know oor traditions passed. My mother would have gypsy women approach her when she was younger wanting for her to go with he r dio they could read her and etc. But it was like they wanted to tell her something. Sucks that my mother was ignorant and fear such beliefs that maybe it would of opened a new identity for my family that has the blood. I'm curious to learn the ways and traditions I've had a fond of . Its annoying how everyone is so lost when it cones to knowing where you came from lol on still trying to find

My mother told me I was gypsy but she didn't want to raise me like that. I researched things on my own when I was older and started learning the ways of a romanichl woman
