help with handfasting

My fiance and I are having a handfasting ceramony in September and I was wondering what others ideas are on how I can incorporate my religion into the ceramony without offending all my relatives who of course have no idea I'm wiccan or should I say into magic because I don't follow the wicca religion faithfully. I kinda take bits and pieces from all religions and use them to enlighten myself. I quess I'm rambling. But I was just wondering if anyone had ideas that wouldn't be too obvious but we would know what they meant. Thanks for your time.

It tells what happens at a handfasting, I thought it was very interesting and you may be able to use some of these ideas.

I particularly like the circle made with rocks, crystals, etc., the bell ringing, and the cutting of the locks of hair. These are things that you can use in your ceremony without it seeming Pagan to the Christians attending.
