~Astral Projection~

To Astral Project is to have an O.B.E at some point and you may / or / may not be able to reach an Astral Plane. To Astral Project it is fairly easy for many, (Not Myself). You follow my previous thread's directions for ~ Meditation ~ and you stay for longer than 15 minutes. Cleared your mind you must start visualizing your spirit leaving your body and floating high above you, if you are inside this might be just you looking down on yourself for a while, I find its helpful if you are outside because you can visualize yourself climbing up into the clouds and maybe finding a god/dess. Sometimes people do fall asleep if they are tired enough, this is okay. You might even have an O.B.E while you are asleep! Just try again later, or tomorrow. :)
