so, what do you think?

ok, well everytime i go to make a psi ball i always feel like ive actually made one. not visible tho but a psi ball nonetheless. and this is wat i feel. i feel a force pushing my hands apart like wen u try to put 2 magnets together but the wrong sides. the tips of my fingers also start to tingle a little. and i just want to kno if wat im feeling is a psi ball. wat i do is close my eyes and visualize energy coming lightly from my finger tips and palms. am i doing this right. also the past couple of days it

hasnt been working and i dk wat to do. i have an amethyst if that will help but i dont know how to use it to help make a psi ball. wat do u think i should do?
