As the title states I’ll be teaching how to use your energy in order to push people or even hit them. But before I do, I’d like to point out that offensive magick is not a toy, it’s only used to defend yourself from danger and NOT to harm others!

Energy touching ( which will later become pushing ) is the act of applying ones energy on another person in order to push, burn, scar, or cause pain to that person. There are 2 ways to perform this, which is by either: Energy touching at a distance or in contact.

*First, energy pushing at a distance is used to push a person farther away from you with of course your own energy. For pushing at a distance, the energy your using should be coming out of your core (which is the area you usually use to spread energy to all your body). Now to start, view the person you wish to push and fell his/her energy ( Hint: For beginners I suggest to visualize a gold cord joining both you and the other person’s bellybuttons together hence allowing yourself to feel his/her energy.).

After you can fell the other person’s energy, visualize a bolt of energy coming out of your core and hitting the person your pushing in the area of your choice. As you do this, you will have caused a force to hit the other person hence pushing him; by practice you’ll know the force you’ll need for different effects of pushing. ((For beginners try to just visualize the bolt hitting the chosen person and even if it does nothing, keep it there for a while until you can see a result such as a reply from the other person and work your way up from there.))

*As for energy touching at contact, the same principle applies. Feel the other person’s energy, but instead of pushing out your energy from your core; send it to your hands and then touch the person and send your energy to him/her with an idea in mind of what u want it to do such as burn, scar, pain … etc.
