You need more than a spell, you need will power. Smoking is an addiction and those are very hard to break as your brain becomes wired to crave that certain substance/thing.
Check out Scott Cunningham's "Earth, Air, Fire & Water" book. It has a section about making your own spells, even stuff about breaking addictions. Please don't expect everything to be handed to you. Do your own research :)

a simple banishment spell during the waning moon might be of aid to you, there are many among the sites spellbooks. Also lobelia can be used to help with the nicotine addiction.
I would recomend visiting a GP on the matter their are a few very effective drugs available for quiting smoking, I don't know much to be honest but I can try to find out more, my (step)dad runs a company who sells them
hello i just became a memeber of this website and i know this sound like a dumb unbeliever question, but does this actually work? i mean can you actually control wind water fire and air? of course in safe terms. i would love to know how to do these things as long as there is no harm done to myself or others.
Absolutely Airygem, but it takes a lot of practice. A lot of skeptics and non-believers get very discouraged when they attempt magick and they don't get this big Hollywood BOOM lol.
The more you become aware of the subtleties of magick the more magick you will create and experience.
And you may choose to harm a being or not, and your intent is a major factor in what direction the magick takes.
well you can simply replace it with something els,Its not just the nicotine that keeps people hooked,you get oral and hand fixation,haveing something to do when theres nothing,ofcoures the first time I quit I used bloodletting but most people dont like that idea,so what I would recomend is running while your dealing with withdraws then once its over remove all forms of nicotine from your house and meditate till your ears bleed to find your inner ground,ive got some spells to keep you buisy but nothing to help you stop smokeing if you intristed.
