visualization

I think I need help... I am having a lot of trouble with visualizations. Almost everyone I know can close their eyes and maintain a vision of something they have seen. I can not. My entire life I have never actually "seen" an image with my eyes closed. I have dreams, very rarely, but they are all emotion and perception, not actual vision. Is something wrong with me? How can I work magic if I can't visualize my goals?

Like anything we strive to perfect, visualization takes practice. Try looking in the mirror. Get a good look at yourself. Now close your eyes and remember your reflection. Do this daily, holding the image longer each time.
