Some people are just harder at dealing with the world around them, I'm the same way. My temperament is a little unpredictable and I can easily be aggravated by certain sounds, phrases, sights, etc... One word for this is having a complex but I don't think that's your problem.
Something that helps a live-wire like myself is being spoiled, being appreciated, and spending some time alone to enjoy a good old passion like art or dancing. Activity relieves stress like nothing else I tell you. Another good idea is work out, literally go to the gym and work out. Exercising or moving around releases endorphins and really soothes your brain in a way. That's why a lot of body builders (with the exception of those on steroids) are so ridiculously happy.
Something I enjoy since I'm in Florida is sitting on the back porch watching a thunder storm. I think it's the pressure in the air dropping or something but it makes me feel rejuvenated and happier all together.
So whatever helps you feel calmer or lucid will help you some.
You could try meditating, its been proven to reduce stress and increase liveliness, vitality, health, and overall well-being. If you don't know how to meditate theres got to be at least a hundred different spells/articles/forum posts on the subject here you could search through, or you could msg me if you prefer, or any of the knowledgeable members of this site.
When I feel aggravated or irritated. I listen to music, Try listening to New age music and meditate on it while visualizing yourself in a calm environment (Watefall, Nature, Forest, etc) it can be anything you want as long as it makes you happy.

Various forms of moving meditation or martial arts are great ways to release some pent up frustration.
