I enjoy expansion in every aspect. I've spent my life seeking anything that is ethereal. If I can feel it, I want to know more. Most of my practice is focused on energy. As in moving energy...either through meditation, visualization, or yogic breathing. I've started recently learning how to bring in elements. Things I am knowledgeable about are chakras, herbs, and crystals. I've spent a great portion of my life studying worldly religions and I find home in paganism and shamanism. I am happy to find this space and eager to add more to my tool belt.
