I am just a novice, but I am interested in learning about Magic and Witchcraft. I come from a devout Lutheran family, and I am the only person in my entire family that believes in Witchcraft and neopaganism. My older sister is not Lutheran, but she is a devout Roman Catholic and does not believe in such things. There is even a large Lutheran Church very close to my home. I never go into the church,because I feel uncomfortable and like an outcast there. I am also an avid fan of Science-Fiction. As such, I am very familiar with many theories about time, space and beyond. As a Neopagan Novice, I add a lot of emotion and imagination to my scientific theories. I also like a lot of different genres of music, but only music recorded after 1970 or so. I have a vivid imagination and good typing skills. I don't like really depressing or tragic music. Most of that music %seems to be older than 1970 or so. I love some Hard Rock and Heavy Metal music, from 1971 and beyond. I have a lot of favorite bands from those genres that I really like. I seem to have "anger issues", but I am determined to work on them.
I have never had my 'Year and a Day' yet. Buying materials is very difficult for me, due to
very low income and severe Asthma. I am always using oxygen to breathe, from a little Oxygen Concentrator that I am always using. Maybe someday I will not need to use oxygen anymore, and I will be free again. Hopefully I can modify this later after I lose weight and get back into good shape again. I am on a diet that might help me with that.
I do have some very minor Psychic Abilities, but I can't control them. I mostly have fleeting and vague visions, that I must try to figure out. I am also sensitive to both positive and negative entities. I am the only person in my entire family that believes in them. It gets very creepy around my home at night. I have to really examine my reasons for getting involved in Witchcraft, and decide if they are valid. I try to be respectful to everyone, but not if they disrespect me first.
I have very strong feelings about the Mayan and Incan empires, and a curiosity about ancient Brittan as well. My father's ancestors were from ancient Scotland and Ireland, but I know very little about them. I am interested in learning Gaelic, which is my ancestral language, but that is proving to be quite difficult.
