Update - 12/6/13
Hello :) So Um ive learnt a few things since i last started, Ive been able to move peoples hands and body parts but nothing like the force choke but more like being able to make the handle clench super tight :) I meditate every so often (When I can)
Ive Been initiated to the second degree but not properly initiated yet which sucks, I think i might do it tonight hahaha :)
My energy has been built up quite a fair bit only been doing it for a year but i can really feel the difference. Thats all till later :)
I have also been given a sterling silver ring from my fathero :)
