Begin by making a psi ball and compressing it. Do this six or seven times. Imagine it growing into a large shield around the thing you want to protect. Now chant: "I made this shield to protect this person/place/thing and protect it shall".
Chant: "May the god of wind hear my cry. May the wind fly fast across the sky. I cast this spell for mother Earth. May my cry be heard in death and birth".
Get into a concentrated state. You can sit or stand. For beginners I would suggest sitting. Once you are in a concentrated state chant: "Spirits of air, I wish to bare: The power of levitation. So that I may float in air, so mote it be". To stop levitating chant: "Spirits of air, I wish to land safely on the ground. Back down to the ground, where I belong. So mote it be"
If you are highly skilled in magick, you will be able to create a big distraction, but if you are not really skilled, than you will only be able to create a small distraction.

First be relaxed close your eyes and let everything evil that you like get into you desrtoy your good part by letting just the evil one eneter ur mind focus on ur evil pleasures do what you wanna do in your evil world and usually when i do it i sometimes when i focus i say ''Enter me and control everything on me do what you wanna do with me'' or something like this anyway for begginers it might work a little hard but it will work if u concentrate.

i hav done this for bout a year now and this is cool i can hade an entire house here we gooo............... ok first u need 2 be calm now see ur object srounded by only black or white which evr 1 u like best and see it clear now see the main color of it's back ground very very fuzzy and the object gets a little fuzzier now do this until u see a fuzzy blob of the object and the background clear now see it fade and as it fade's chant: ''this object hidden with heart, make it invisble no matter how smart, make it lost never found, make it lose

Huddle up into a ball. It you're wearing a cloak, try to make it match your surroundings (i.e. A black one for nighttime, a green one if you're in a field, etc). Then, say the following once:
(Light/Dark) and Shadow, hear my plea. Make the seen become unseen. Make me dissapear from view, invisibility I need from you. So mote it be.
Try to imagine yourself vanishing suddenly, and imagine the area you are in without you being there. This spell works for me most of the time, probably it will work more for you than me though. I did manage to scare my friend with this spell XD
Ki: Ki is the universal energy that runs through all livings things. Color is green, and can be harnessed for attacks and healing. Chinese pronunctiation is chi.
Mana: Free energy. It is the energy you use in witch craft for calling apon the elements. It can also be used to boost ki attacks. But mana is very unstable and unsafe.
Jing: A subgroup of ki. Because ki is a spiritual energy, it cannot do physical harm. That is why we have jing, to give a visible, physical effect. When enough ki is added together, it compacts into jing. When you strain your muscles you are squezzing out jing.
Light Matter: This is not used on my website, but I shall tell you what it is. It is energy that consists of pure good. Because of that nature, it is very devistating to the forces of evil. Dark matter is the obsolute opposite.
Yi: The intension you have to get the mission done. Yi trasilates into intention and is VERY important in ANY energy training. The stronger yi you have, the more likely the energy will do what you want it to.
Kundalini: Transilates into coiling like a snake. It is a more powerful energy that can only be accessed when all chakras are open.
Shen: A very mysterious energy. It can so far only be accessed when one is in a state of extreme anger. It is this energy that attributes to the limit break. Limit breaking allows you to surpass your normal amount of energy. When one achieves shen, one is truly mysterious.
