Start a knot on the length of rope and wait for a breeze. When it comes quickly finish the knot. You must make three knots for it to work (I don't know if there is a limit to the amount of knots). To release the wind simply untie the knot. Its power is proportional to the strength of the wind when it was captured.
On the paper draw a circle with a cross through it. In 1/4th of the circle draw fire. In another draw water. In the third one put your hand in it and in the forth one draw the monster that you want to come to life. After you are done drawing chant : "Bring this monster life and death. Let it live and give it breath".

Sweep your broom around in a circular motion, counter-clockwise, Slowly. Your broom doesn't even need to touch the ground if you don't want. As long as your sweeping away the negativity.

Step1. Set up a basic altar.
Step2. Put on a meaningful song, one that almost moves you to tears when you hear it.
Step3. Turn off the lights, and use candles to illuminate the room.
Step4. Combine the essential oils of basil, frankincense, lavender, and myrrh.
Step5. Add some cut angelica root to the bottle.
Step6. Anoint 3 candles in your favourite colors with this oil.
Step7. Sit quietly for the next 10 minutes while the candles burn feel your emotions grow with the music you've selected.
Step8. While you are sitting, close your eyes and think, in detail, about three different people you miss the most. People that you love, that have passed away, people that love you, that only want the best for you. Think about as many details about them as you can, the way they had their hair, things they said to you, how they dressed, etc.
Step9. Feel them drawing near to you, cry if you feel like crying. Feel their energies fill your spirit, you might even hear their words, and feel their soft touch.
Step10. Snuff out the candles, open your circle, and watch the wonders unfold in the upcoming weeks.
Put the candles into a triangle formation. Put the mirror in the middle of the formation, then light the candles. Chant: "All might Gods, I call upon your might. Give me the power to help me win this fight. During this hour, on this very night. Give me thou ancient power, that I might devour, so shall it be"
A dangerous attack that will give the victim a horible headache, this will make it hard for them to think striaght. Good to use in a fight.

The Attack
What you need to do is visualize entering their mind. This can be done in a couple of different ways find what works best for you. Me I will visualize me just in their head but with out my body there. Then see a ball of electric energy getting bigger and bigger as it gets more energy. Then let it explode blasting their mind. Then do it again as much as you wish. This may hurt your head a little bit but not to much.
Blocking This
A way to block this would be to visualize an electric shield building in your mind spreading out until it covers your whole mind. As long as you hold it it will protect you. Plus you can add more shield of possibly metal or something else.
First, find a quiet place to concentrate. take your scrying implement (bowl/mirror) and place it in front of you. Now, light the candle and set it in between the implement and yourself. Now you can begin. Focus on that single thing you would like to see. Person, place, object etc. Focus on it, and block out all other emotions, thoughts and sensations. Then, pour every iota of strength you can muster, and visualize it streaming from your body into the scrying implement. Stop the energy flow once you start to see the image form.
During a full moon, draw a pentagram on the floor, and place a candle on each point on the star. Light them, and after saying the name of the person you would like to speak to, as well as their death age and date of birth and date of death, extinguish the candles using your blood. Now speak within your mind, and remember, you only have until the morning to finish your conversation.
