#5401 - How to Meditate- guide meditation

This spell will help you know to meditate and will work best for beginners. Works with many people.

    Find a comfortable spot, indoors or outdoors(preferably one more quiet). Sit with your legs crossed and put your hands in your lap. Now close your eyes and visualize a blank space. Feel a breeze come by you. In this stage,you are Open-Minded. Be careful here as bad spirits can try to intimidate you. This will break your relaxation. If you open your eyes if you are insecure, close them back and feel positive energy flow trough you by taking a few deep breaths.

    In this next stage, it is going to take all concentration. You will be meditating ! I reccomend you be meditating COMPLETELY as I told for at least 1 minute or more. The calmer you are the better.

    The time you need to meditate depends on your level of anger or fustration.

    This spell will allow you to breath your element in a powerful blast.

    Depending on your element, your dragonbreath will differ. If you are earth element, you may breathe out a raging sandstorm. If water, it may be a torrent of water. Air elements may breathe a stream of forceful air. Fire elements will breathe fire.

    Concentrate on converting air into your element. Then exhale all your concentrated element in one , intense explosion.

    #5403 - Summoning the Ancestors

    I constructed this ritual while I was practicing Shamanism, it has always worked for me, however I do recommend that you have some experience working with spirits before attempting this It is intended to help you call upon your ancestors for advice and guidance, or sometimes even help with a certain situations, mostly you will just feel their presence and will although they will, on very rare occasions manifest in visible form
    You may need:

  • A Staff (preferably one you have worked with before)
  • Incense burner (stick and cone incense will work here, I first made this ritual using those, but you must have a way to burn the offering)
  • Purification or protection Incense (I use Frankincense or Sandalwood)
  • a small offering (meat works well, though bread will work too, I'm not sure about offertory incense though because I have never tried to use it with this ritual)
  • 6 white Candles (any type will do, i just depends on how long you intend to hold the ritual, I usually use tea candles if I'm not going to take too long, though it can be hard to tell sometimes how long the ritual will last

    This ritual works best at night though can be performed at any time

    Form the candles into a circle around the incense burner (or incense) and light the candles and start burning the incense (note: if using stick or cone incense, keep a ready supply within the ritual area and light it with the candles, there can be no new fire added or it can disrupt the ritual)

    (optional, but recommended) Cast a circle

    Hold up your staff and visualize a light at its end as you say in a firm tone

    ''Ancestors of Blood and Spirit, come to this light. Come to guide and aid me in this time and place, for I seek you wisdom and knowledge, please lend me your aid and grant me an audience oh wise ones''

    You should start to feel their presence in short order, though you can never tell how many or which of your ancestors will come, some may not even be related to you by blood and some may only have spiritual ties (I have had a few animals and one Amakua [guardian spirit/deity] show up, this is why I recommend some experience with spirits

    Hold the ritual for as long as you need

    When closing the ritual don't forget to burn the offering and be careful to thank all that came and bid that they fare well until next time (this can be anyway you like as long as it is personnel and done with the appropriate respect)

    Extinguish the candles one by one and envision that the spirits are leaving with the candle smoke

    Open the circle once the last spirit has left

    This spell is used to become a vampire in a very short time. It works alot. Can be performed indoors or outdoors.

    #5405 - Invoke The Prime Element Within Yourself

    We all harbor the four basic elements within us, however we tend to draw inner power from one primarily. This is the element of your soul. This spell will help you clarify which element your draw from.
    You may need:

  • A clear mind (I suggest meditating till you can clear your mind's eye of all petty thoughts and worries)
  • 1 red candle (fire)
  • 1 white candle (Air)
  • 1 blue candle (Water)
  • 1 brown candle (Earth)
  • 1 item of power/protection (a charm, amulet, ect.) I personally use a clear quartz crystal, Lapis Lazuli(my birthstone) or my Talisman.
  • And anything else you feel might add to the spell's potency.
  • You'll have to decide on what time of day or night to preform this spell. I feel the most empowered around 11pm - 12pm during the Waxing Crescent Moon.
  • I also recommend burning some Acacia while preforming this.

    In a quiet and serene place, face north and cast your circle(with your athame or index finger). Once your circle is cast, place the red candle to the south on the edge of the circle, the brown candle to the north, the blue candle to the west and lastly the white candle to the east. Light the candles in a clockwise motion, starting with the candle of your choice saying the names, either out loud or in your thoughts, of the elements they represent. Once all candles have been lit seat yourself(or stand if you prefer) in the middle. With your item of power/protection in hand, recite this incantation:
    ''Come forth fire, water, earth and air. I seek to know the element inside, where both my power and soul reside. Now is the hour, now is the time. Bring forth my soul's element, my element prime! To my mind's eye I summon you now! Reveal my governing element! (x3-->)So mote/may it be!

    After: Blow out the candles and banish your circle.

    If this spell effective you should have a clear vision/picture of your prime element in your mind.

    Upon using this spell, a vision of a woman kneeling in prayer as she held a lit candle to her heart entered my mind. I gathered that my prime element was fire

    Make this tea and proceed to drink it. Drinking the tea will help cleanse your aura and renew your magical energy supply.

    Get a mug( or something you usually make your tea in). Fill the mug with hot water and proceed to add the tea. Stir the tea around with the cinnamon stick while adding lemon, then Honey(If you don't have a cinnamon stick, use a spoon and add cinnamon last)

    After everything is properly stirred, hover your hand over the cup and imagine energy going from the tea into your hand and spreading to the rest of your body. Drink the tea. If the spell was cast correctly, your energy should be refilled and your aura should be cleansed and renewed

    Kneel or stand in the centre of a cleared area on the floor. Envision a bright white light circling around you.

    Face North and say ' Hail to the guardians of the North, the mighty Earth who feeds us, our home and mother, welcome to the circle.' Face East and say ' Hail to the guardians of the East, blessed air who cools us, the breath of life for us all, welcome to the circle.'

    Face South and say ' Hail to the guardians of the South, the sacred flame that sparks life in us all, our protection and our father, welcome to the circle.' Face West and say ' Hail to the guardians of the West, waters of life, where all Are cleansed and reborn, welcome to the circle.'

    To break the circle do the following. Face North and say ' Hail to the guardians of the North, thank you for attending this circle. Go in peace and know you are always welcome here.' Face East and say ' Hail to the guardians of the East, thank you for attending this circle. Go in peace and know you are always welcome here.'

    Face South and say ' Hail to the guardians of the South, thank you for attending this circle. Go in peace and know you are always welcome here.' Face West and say ' Hail to the guardians of the West, thank you for attending this circle. Go in peace and know you are always welcome here.'
