Cast this spell three days or nights in a row when the Moon is waning. If you can't get your hands on fresh vervain leaves, use the dried ones that should be available at a local herbalist. You'll need about a handful of either. The spell is best cast outside. If this is not possible, it can be done indoors, but as it involves a fire, it must be done with great care.
Consecrate the wood or coal before lighting the fire. When it is burning fiercely, throw the vervain on to the flames, calling out the name of the person you want out of your life as loudly and with as much passion as you can muster. Follow the name with these words, which should also be said with passion:

Go out side at night. Sit in a quiet area in you back or front yard. Take the crucifixes and put them text to you to feel safe whilst casting this charm. Put the rosary around your neck.If others are there with you, they, too, must need a rosary around their neck.(Lutherans wear wear the crucifix necklace) If you use a picture, put the crucifix and rosary (crucifix necklace for Lutherans) by their picture. Be sure to put the crucifix necklace if the person in the picture is Lutheran.
Put your hands up as if you are saying the prayer God gave us(The Our Father) whilst chanting,

Spell to heal physical pain using holy water and crystal

Mix up some holy water, whichever recipe you usually use and blessing it as you would and put it in your Chalice
After casting the circle, invoking, and meditation:
Dip the crystal into the holy water in the Chalice. I use a small, 6 inch pure quarts crystal wand but a wand or crystal would work the same.
Stir the water with the crystal and say the following:
''This crystal is powered by this water
this water is blessed by the Goddess
She shall heal and take away
all the pain from every day
The pain shall disappear
When the wand touches there
Thank the Goddess for her help.''
Touch the crystal (still wet with holy water) to the bare skin of the hurting area. rub it over the area, imagining glowing white light touching the skin and healing the pain.
Whisper:

Take the sharpie or dry erase marker and draw a big pentagram on the mirrow. Get the center of the pentagram onto your the inflicted area.
Meditate for a bit while thinking of healing. Now look at the inflicted area on your body and now look into the reflection and imagine the inflicted area or pain slowly vanishing. Keep doing so for about a min. and now chant: aches and pain all over my body! aches and pain why are you still here!? aches and pain all over my body hear my screem, go away! aches and pain all over my body have gone away.
Meditate once again and look at the inflicted area, and imagine its not there
Take the paper and draw a Pentagram. put your hand on the paper and Meditate for a little bit while thinking its a barrier of light. Let your energy flow into it and chant: "This is a barrier of light, no evil spirit shall pass this barrier of light, evil's eyes shall burn at the sight of this barrier of light."
Keep letting energy flow into it and keeping thinking that its a barrier of light. Now take the paper and place it under a rug, place the rug in front of a door. Now whisper "Activate" Imagine streems of light coming from the paper. The barrier is now made.
This will make any bad spirit or negative energy leave.

Go to the room where the spirit or energy is and light the candles. Sit down and meditate for atleast 5min. While meditating think about how you want the spirit/energy to leave.
Now imagine your worst fear, It has to be a insect though. Imagine that fear and you in a box with two candles. Watch that insect move and squirm around. When the moment feels right imagine your self taking a huge fly swatter, Beat the insect down, Slap the insect. Cause some kind of harm that says "Leave."
Now chant:

Before attempting this spell: Ensure that your Stab is charged. An uncharged Stab will result in nothing.
Perform the spell to cleanse yourself of evil thoughts. Go outdoors. Grasp the Stab in your non-dominant hand at shoulder level with the bottom resting on the ground. With your dominant hand, grasp your Stab as far down as you can without bending over.
Remove your non-dominant hand from your Stab. Hold your dominant arm straight out in front of you so that the Stab no longer rests onthe ground. Turn the Stab so that the bottom points out directly in front of you.
