Write your bad habit on a piece of paper. For example eating too many unhealthy things. Light the candle. The candle needs to be in a glass. Burn the paper. Scold to it as if it's a person you are really angry at. Say your bad habit out loud. ''I WILL NOT EAT UNHEALTHY THINGS''
pour the glass of water onto the candle. the paper and the wax is now kind of melted together. Take the ashes and fold it into another piece of paper. You can decorate it if you want to. I used a candywrap instead of folding it into normal paper. Keep it with you as a charm to remind you not to do something.

Dig a hole into the ground big enough to bury an apple in. On the bottom of the hole sprinkle some salt.
Now take your apple. Hold it in your hands and think of the things that you want to banish, the feeling you have when you feel guilty because of smoking for example. Imagine these feelings being absorbed by the apple. Now take your knife and carve some symbols reminding you of the things you want to banish or just simply cut the apple.
Place the apple in the hole that you just made. Now with your hands bury the apple and pat it real good and feel that the bad habits are now buried under the ground.
While standing at the water front grab a rock and visualize all of your negativity flooding the rock and filling it up. When your rock is so charged that you can feel the negativity seeping out throw it as hard as you can into the water.
Make sure you are looking at the person. S/he does not have to look at you.With your wand/hand,make a 6 in the air. Wait a second then say/whisper this ":I seek their mind,I seek their trust,make sure this one is not tough. Make him under my control, for he/she deserves 1 ticking of mold!"

Go outside on the full moon, it as to be night time. Now, focus on what monster or Animal you want to summon. Let the moon reflect off you. Focus and say "Gods, and goddesss all, Summon up something, terrifying for me, by the power within. Mote It Be!" Say this ten times. It takes about a min.

Find a branch or a stick while walking in the park or any place where you can find them. It doesn't matter what kind of wood just find the one calling for you. If you can't find a branch, ask a tree if you can cut one off. If not, ask another tree. (Don't harm the poor trees if they don't want to get hurt :'( A good length for a wand is from the tip of your middlefinger to your elbow. Remember: a wand is just to direct energy. It can be a pen or even your finger! (Don't use this spell with your finger, that might be painfull)
Now you have your stick, (you need to be outdoors for this) go to a place where you are going to make your wand. Light the incense to remove negative energy, because we are NOT using this wand for bad things! After all, you may fail making the wand.

Meditate upon your problem visualize bast protecting you from the problem. If you are sweating a hex/curse visualize bast harming that person but it must be justified unless you are capable of powerful dark spells
Charge the candle dress it if you wish but charge the candle it helps, then light the candle meditate upon its flame before chanting:

Do the same as above except chant "Mighty Bast warrior of Day and of Night strike(state person) for their wrongdoing to me. And may my revenge be fulfilled. Claw and curse their being till they burn their happiness and shadow"
Feel the malevolent form of Her being a black cat that crosses your luck a leering lion ready to pounce and kill. Do not let her stay send her off by focusing on that person until the deed is done
Tell her before she goes to return only once revenge as been fulfield and once she returns honor her then say thank you in some form. Being mainly good it's hard to be bad once done say "I thank thee for the completion of my revenge return now do not harm me but always protect Blessed Be."
