Write down on the paper:

Read it once, or as many times you want, and then sprinkle the paper with water.
Fold the paper four times and on every fold draw a Pentagram. On the last fold draw also a chalice with waters around it.
After the folding chant this while holding the drawing of the Pentagram on your forehead:

If you can, visualize a raining day, clouds over your head and wind on your cheeks (you don't have to be outside to visualize). Sense the Element's core shifting towards you, listening you.

Write the persons name on the paper. Do a hotdog fold. Then write what the person is guilty about.( murder, kidnaping, ect.)now light the candle and burn the paper thinking about them and what there guilty of. They will not die they will just be burnt by things until they realize they're guilty and they're wrong for lieing.

Put the candles around the picture in a pentagon,put the birthstone in the middle of the picture light the candles, put your hand on the stone (that is in the middle of the picture)and chant these words:

Take the sea salt and put it in the bowl. Then put the mustard seeds in with it. Mix the two. Break the bay leaf burn one half crumple it up and put it in the bowl. Do the same with the other half. Once all is in the bowl burn it more. It should not be ashes but a little charred. Then you are done. Keep it next to your bed. It also spell really good.

It may sound hard but it is actually simple, some just need to stare at a candle flame to clear the mind while others require complete silence...I found music and incense help most find a way to calmly exert their energy.
To gain focus by candle, this works best whose element is fire since it will create a stronger connection to the person. Stare at the flame, it dosn't matter how long for it takes because focus is not so quickly gained, watch the flame flicker then it begins. Don't pay attention to anything else but the flame then once that is achieved close your eyes. Once closed think of the following of your choice, a library with telaportic books, portal, waterfall, painless lava or fire anything that you can go through or can transport you automatically without your guidance. Mine is a neon waterfall surrounded by crystals while some have books that take them or portals. Imagine your teleporter and tell it to take you to where you need to go and if your just interested in seeing your soul tell it you need to see your soul. Now your journey begins in your experience I can not tell you what to expect but always know nothing is impossible once in your spiritual self and I suggest putting locks in important places to keep things safe and good luck for what you want to know is just hidden in yourself. Cast a circle and place the candles in a crown. Sprinkle the pepper around while chanting:

Light the candles then hold the item tightly with both your hands and visualize the victims face. Channel all your hate into the object then say the following three times:
