Its pretty easy to do color healing, and magick is rarely involved so its quite good for beginners! You can heal people by just a certain color, or at least help them heal. It can even help with chakras and meditation.

Step 1: If youd like to do Colored Water Healing then get your water and anything with your color, preferably plastic or paper. Wrap your paper around the bottle and tape it, or if you have plastic put it infront of your bottle of water. Place your bottle on a windowsill or somewhere where there's sunlight, you can also place it under a lamp or any other light source. Leave for up to 8 hours, drink it when you need it.

Step 2: If you would like to do Color Healing then get somebody you want to heal, or yourself and sit them down. You can also use sunlight or a lamp for this, any is perfectly fine but preferably sunlight. Put your plastic/paper or whatever object over your window or lamp so that the light is colored. Lets say that the person has bowel problems, you must shine it on the affected area.

Colors:
Red: Red is a warming and powerful color. It reduces blood diseases, and especially good for anemia and liver problems.
Orange: Orange has much the same properties as Red. Orange is great for the respiratory system, including diseases like asthma and bronchitis. It is a tonic and laxative.
Yellow: Yellow works wonders for bowel problems, intenstines and the stomach. Its a mild sedative, can lift ones mood and believe it or not helps to reduce any fears or insecurities, color healing is not just for physical healing. Espegreat for indigestion, heartburn, constipation or feminine problems.
Green: Green is the best healing color by far. If you are in doubt with what color to use, use green. Green works for anything. Especially effective with headaches, heart problems, ulcers, colds, mental issues and boils.
Blue: Blue is a cooling and relaxing color, great antiseptic. It is great for any inflammation internally or externally. Great for cuts, scratches, bruises and rheumatism.
Indigo: A bit of a narcotic. It removes fears and tells the brain that everything's okay. Great for people who are scared of the dark. And good for emotional disorders like anorexia, anxiety. Great for ears and eyes, cataracts. Use this to open the third eye more, also for better meditation.
Violet: Is great for mental disorders and the nervous system. Excellent for baldness and other female issues.
White: Calming and pure, white is like another green and works for almost everything. Especially for mental problems, emotional problems, depression, cleansing mind and chakras.

When you color heal make sure to do it for 30 minutes or more, make sure you have good energy and are in a good state of mind. Please feel free to light candles or incense to relax yourself/others.
Do this 2 times a day or more, the more you do it the better you will become and the faster and more effective the healing.

Make sure you go outside with bare feet and you can have socks on, but it will lower your chances on the spell working. Sit down on the ground and close your eyes. Visualize yourself running as fast as teleporting for only a minute. Stand up and put the shoes in and tie them tightly and shout this spell in the direction of the wind:

"Gods and goddesses, hear me scream
Make my shoes magic, so I can run at a specific speed.
Even in wind, the wind cannot hold me back! Obsticals will be
Knocked over by my incredible speed.
Gods and goddesses hear me yell
Charge my shoes so I can run
So mote it be!"

Sit down on the ground again and then put your hands on one of the shoes. One hand on each show and imagine the magic inside of you flowing to the shoes, charging the shoes so you can run at an incredible speed. The spell gave you charging magic so you can run. Allow the shoes to charge for about 5 minutes and sit meditating. When they're done charging, you should hear a whirring sound and you should get up and say

Shoes! Let me run free!

Bath in a mixture of pure organic jasmine and poppy oil. Eat green beans only before ritual. It will take place in night, make sure you drink coffee.

RITUAL: Light up blue candles all of it. sit in the middle. you gotta make a pentagram or circle by using 11 candles.

Focus on your third eye, breath in energy from candles to the chakra, till candles are no longer active. When they are gone, still sit, for 6 hours. Do this once a week. You'd find difference in your psyche.

Say the spell once at night when alone: "Deep in my heart I give the desire to enhance the inside of me. As if I suddenly change myself into this devilish creature that will suddenly come to me, jumping running overcoming will soon to become more of an advantage! Give me the power of a demon that will change my life forever. Give me the power to transform into this halfway. Make me half demon and create me a better soul."

First you need to place the black candles in a circle around you. Place your book of shadow in front of you in the circle. Place the picture of them on top of the book of shadows. Light the candles

Chant: "Ay bored of self, thou bored of mind I cast this spell for man kind. Transform me *Name* and make me thou. For ever more, no turning back. Thou needs no memory of their past. Ay know all, thou the same. Now make this work. Ay and thou, *Name*' "

Say this incantation:

"Angle light,
Angle bright,
Guide me through this night,
Guide me to my fate,
Do not let evil temptate."

The key to this spell is intention. Start by feeling the magic flowing within you. When you achieve such state you should start to build up concentration and focus. Charge your magic with intent, use your feeling of being lost.

Use the balck ink to draw a Circle in each back of the hand, small one, pea-size, then make a diagonal that crosses through it. Both symbols must be equal in each hand, not mirrored.

When ready start casting the spell by joining your hands palm with palm. Start chanting "J'ackre, J'ackre) (pronouce Ehakharé). While chanting separate your middle fingers and index fingers, then cross them. Make sure both your palms are still together andthat your index finger and middle fingers tips, while crossed touch eachother. Now direct your hands to your front, like you are pointing a gun. Cross your thumbs.keep said fingers crossed and separate the remaining uncrossed fingers.

Stop chanting. Make sure you your wrists are paralel to eachother. Finally clench your fists three times. If you use magic through an entity, god, godess or other, finish by asking their blessing or name them, if it helps your magic.

Crush the lavander and rub it against the symbols, not necessary. It is not originally from the "book" as it was written in a different handwritting and in another colour. It says it makes the guidance feeling stronger.

Hold up the feature if you choose it , if not say these words 3 times:

"Angels, Angels come grant my wish I want to become an Angel with beautiful white fluffy wings, I can also fly with them and I can go to heaven if I choose. I can also hide my wings from humans. Angels, Angels please grant my wish, so mote it be."

Make sure to be a bit louder for "so mote it be."

Side effects: Large bumps( where wings will grow), vomiting( painful), headaches, thirsty for water and back pain.

Note: It will take one-two month to grow your wings and 1 year to fully grow them and once they sprouted you can show them to people you trust.
