First, you must channel your magic into your fingers. Next, you must imagine the magic your hands becoming hot(fire), cold(ice), weightless(air), or heavy(earth). Then you must channel the magic out of your hands and into the air between them.If done correctly, depending on the element, the air within your hands should take on a certain aspect.

Cast a circle, and hold the tip of your athame to a chalice that has been filled with wine. While doing this, say:

"Here in this circle, I do plea: my life force has gone weary, and I am feeling weak. Give me essence, so that I may be whole again! Steal it from the unworthy, so that I, being worthy, may have it! So that my power may be increased!"

After saying this, plunge the blade into the chalice, and say "So mote it be." Then, wait until you feel energy rushing into your body. After this happens, break the circle.

Now, in order to strengthen yourself, you must channel your magik into your arms and hands. Then you must imagine your arms turning into something unbreakable, like a titanium rod. Then, if done correctly, you should be stronger than you were a few moments ago, and as long as you keep channeling magik to your arms and hands, they should remain the way. This works with any part of the body as well as it does with your hands.

Make sure your dreaming then think the following:

"I shall hop from dream to dream, like bugs do hop from tree to tree, by the power of 3 mote it be."

Now you have the ability to jump from dream to dream easily it isnt hard.

PROTIP: If you dont want to have a headache when you wake up dont stay in other dreams to long.

On the night of a new moon, cast a circle of salt, and light a black candle in the middle of the circle. Whilst facing towards the candle, close your eyes, and envision a cloud of darkness around your enemy, and say:

"In this night, while you dream, darkness comes for you. Terror you shall now feel, from which you may not escape. ____, I curse you with four nights of terror. So mote it be." Then, blow out the candle, and break the circle."

Invocation of Green Tara
Tara whose name means "star" or "she who ferries across" is a Bodhisattva of compassion who manifests in the female form. In Tibetan she is known as "she who saves". In particular she represent compassion in action, since she is in the process of stepping down from her lotus throne in order to help sentient beings.
This essence represents the energy and authority of Green Tara, she is a saviouress as she provides the quick path to wisdom and immediate protection from fear and all unfortunate circumstances one can encounter on the spiritual path to liberation, including our self consuming self doubts. Her mantra is only a "play" on her name, but it can be rendered as Om! Hail to Tara(in her three roles as saviouress).
